I was worried about putting my belongings in storage because I’ve had bad experiences in the past but this experience was the exact opposite! Dani was so patient and understanding about my situation. She explained everything I needed to know and even greets me with friendly conversation when I stop by to grab things. My items have remained safe and in perfect condition the entire time I’ve had them in storage. I’d recommend Broad and York any day!

Im moving into the area and need a unit to hold my things for while since I'm moving to a smaller place. I'm not too familiar with the process and called and spoke to someone named Danii. She explained unit sizes to me and after describing what I'd be storing was able to recommend what kind of unit I would need.

Always great customer service. I've worked with Bob and Dani (sp?) on separate occasions. They are friendly, patient and helpful. Facilities are clean and staff is easy to reach. I loved that the lock was in the unit so we were able to rent and move in while they were actually closed.
