BANK WITH ANYONE ELSE!!!! Chases fees are crazy, the bankers are rude, and their policies are blatantly confusing so that they can keep your money. DO NOT BANK WITH CHASE.

Staff extremely slow. Waited 30 minutes just for them to refuse a cash deposit ( 5/3 took the cash deposit with zero issues and staff is 100 times friendlier). Chase has 5 different security channels for people of color. Nothing but issues with this bank. My fiance is law enforcement and opened up this account because our settlement check was written out from a chase account. It took 3 weeks before he had access causing us to lose the house we wanted to purchase. Then gave him issues getting his money. Having worked in the banking industry it should never take more than 3 business days to verify a check. We will never bank with chase again, and I would never recommend them!

Went here the other day and was told by a teller Barbara my name sounded Jamaican….wow so racist,how insensitive and rude smh…..to be that old and service the public wt such distasteful use of conversation. Truly hurtful 😔

Terrible place to bank at they are rude and awful understaffed the line is long as 30 to 40 minutes unbelievable experience I quit today to bank here. Worst bank in USA.

Extremely friendly staff. They are in a temporary blue box truck with full bank services inside.The Google location showes up wrong. Chase is located on the east side of the CVS pharmacy parking lot where all of the construction is going on.
