  When this storage was actually Emerald storage it was great. It was family owned. They took great care of the property, keeping weeds down, drain spouts in good working order, and buildings in good shape. Now that it has been taken over by Premiere Storage, there are weeds everywhere, gutters falling apart, and the place is just looking a mess in general. In addition, rent continued to be raised frequently, and then they tacked on an insurance fee! Ridiculous! We got out of there as fast as we could. We really missed the personal attention when the place was a small family business.

  Called the number on the emerald storage website and I was told to call Hersh. So I called the number that I was given and spoke to "Hersh" and I was told that he "doesn't handle that anymore" and that I should call a different number. After calling the third number, I reached Premier Storage and was told "I don't think we have anything."

  Rented a unit for a few months. The area is well kept and a nice location off 161 and Beech on the edge of New Albany. Owners were prompt at responding when needed. No complaints. ?
