“We wanted to order a planter for a funeral but were unsure what we wanted. We went in the store and the gentleman took his time with us, listened, and offered his ideas. The customer service was the absolute best I have ever encountered. Today at the funeral we looked at our planter and it was beautiful. You went above and beyond and I am very grateful. Thank you so much for your assistance and a beautiful planter.”

“I needed to order an arrangement for a funeral in Reynoldsburg. I’ve not had the best of luck ordering Sympathy flowers from other florists but I loved the arrangements listed on the Fireplace Gifts and Floral website. I called to place the order, they were very helpful and kind and made sure everything was correct. I was so grateful when I saw the arrangement at the Funeral Home. It was a beautiful heartfelt arrangement and honestly I would’ve expected to pay more than I did. Can’t recommend Fireplace Gifts and Florist enough! Definitely will be ordering from them in the future!”

“I’ve used Hunter’s Florist to send flowers to my mother for her birthday or Mother’s Day and she has commented on how lovely and fresh they are. One of the delivery dates I selected I later found out she would be out of town on, and I called and they were very accommodating on rescheduling the delivery. And them delivering is great as I live out of state.”

“I had a fantastic experience with Claprood's Florist! They are wonderful to work with—friendly, professional, and truly care about their customers. The flowers were fresh and beautifully arranged, and the service was excellent. I know their rating might not be the highest, but I genuinely believe they deserve a chance. Don’t let the numbers fool you—this is a great florist that goes above and beyond!”

“This Kroger was super clean and the bakery department looked amazing. We ended up getting a super fresh baguette for only 99 cents! We plan on making some vodka rigatoni tomorrow and needed a nice crisp break to sop everything up! Lots of good deals in the store today and who doesn't love having a Starbucks right in the store?!?!?! It's our first time at this particular location but it's pretty certain that we will be back when we are coming back from the Lowe's down the road. Hurrah!”

“This is actually my favorite Kroger to go to in the city. They always have what I need, helpful staff, clean store- and always up to date on technology, seems like they are the tester store for all the new products and equipment. The loud joyful lady at self checkout is my favorite.”
