Ordering was a breeze! Then they called to politely let me know that there was one item not available and asked if their recommended replacement would work. I said it was fine and she said she’d make them beautiful. I placed my order at 11:15 and by 12:30 we received a thank you text from our friend saying they were amazing. Skip the big 800 number flowers website and order from Griffin’s!!

Ordered a beautiful spray of flowers for my Husband's Grandma's funeral. The flowers were gorgeous and represented the online picture. They were delivered on time for visitation. Griffin's did a wonderful job and loved that they are a local shop. Would highly recommend.

The corsage i ordered for my son to give his Homecoming date was beautiful. The online ordering process was incredibly easy. And the staff were friendly and helpful when I went to pick up the flowers. Overall excellent experience.

Ordering online was easy, although I had to call the shop to get clarity on one of the delivery fees, and options were plentiful. Delivery was on time. I ordered a Designers Choice Planter Dish Garden and I did not get to see the finished product but the recipient said it is beautiful.

Last Friday I had flowers delivered for my wife's retirement! They were delivered the same day and were absolutely gorgeous. Still look great 3 days later. Also I needed an arrangement for a funeral of one of my best friends on the west side of town. They couldn't find a florist open on Saturday to deliver it so they delivered it themselves! Above and beyond on customer service and very fresh flowers ! . I will always buy my flowers from them and never forget their kind gesture. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Ok, delivery was on time, fabulous, ordering was easy, HOWEVER, i received a call that what i ordered was out of stock and asked if i wanted a "slightly" different one. I would have expected the offer of "let me send you a photo" or " if you get back on our site, the item number is xxx so you can see it" OR, maybe..even a few dollar discount for inconvenience as this item was specifically chosen, i got only, a very vague description of what it was. The gal WAS very nice, and i understand things happen. So, the answer is YES, i will be a returning customer!
UPDATE-MANAGER REACHED OUT TO ME IMMEDIATELY! we are chalking this up to everyone can always use a few tips and we have to teach our youngins' the right way! Awesome people here.
