I had such high hopes. We had a broken washer and I decided to try HappyNest. I wish I had not. Everything came back needing to be refolded, much of it put back in the dryer to refresh, some needs rewashed. The folding was terrible. Clothes are folded in the most convoluted ways I have ever seen resulting in even more wrinkles. Towels and cloth napkins all have to be refolded and they were all folded inside out? Odd. I was very specific in my preferences. Downy was definitely not added. Dryer sheets were not used. Overall, I paid a lot of money and was not happy with the results. I would not recommend.
For anyone following along, I did reach out and they definitely do not feel they did anything wrong. Again, I will not use again and do not recommend to anyone.

I’ve been using this laundry service for a while, and at first, it was amazing—convenient, fast turnaround, and my clothes came back clean. Unfortunately, the quality has seriously declined. It started with receiving someone else’s clothes. Then, another order came back with half of my items still dirty. They claimed it was due to not using enough detergent, but the clothes clearly hadn’t been washed at all. The final straw was finding damaged items—one with a broken zipper from the wash, with no notice. I was offered a $15 discount for the issues, which feels like a slap in the face. There are plenty of laundry services out there—if you’re looking for consistency and peace of mind, I recommend exploring other options

Ive been using this service for a little over a year now and everything was great until a few months ago. I accidentally left an expensive pair of earrings in my clothing usually if an item was left it would be returned to me in its own small envelope with DO NOT THROW AWAY. I spoke with the customer service multiple times provided descriptions but they were never returned though they say they were…secondly I recognized right away last week that the laundry returned to me was not mine they picked up the laundry but never called me to keep me up to date on where my laundry was and it’s expected return I had to call daily in order to receive updates and my laundry is still not returned to me. Use at your own risk and pray you never make a mistake of misplacing something valuable to you!

I recently broke my elbow playing Pickleball and couldn’t do my laundry. I reached out to HappyNest and they have been a godsend to me. All I have to do is put my laundry in a bag and it comes back clean and folded. This is the best service ever and I will continue to use it even after my elbow heels. It is definitely a game changer. Their customer service is beyond awesome.

the first few times was great, but I used their service weekly for about 6-8 months and they have officially ruined 90% of my clothes... thousands of dollars worth of clothing items. they overstuff the washer/dryers, run everything on extremely hot water. my shirts have come back with fabrics from our blanket. they are not separating any clothes, washing everything together - towels, shirts, underwear, you name it. my swimming trunks came back obliterated, as if they ripped the drawstrings out of the dryer. the literal metal pieces is missing, and the other is shredded. my clothing items are missing, we have received other peoples clothes as well. this will absolutely be the last time I trust this service with my belongings. FIND ANOTHER SERVICE OR DO IT YOURSELF. NOT WORTH IT.

The machine required $6.50 in quarters. I put $5. in & the coin slot jammed. The attendant could only get $4 back out. Mighty expensive trip to laundromat. Used card to reload...so $6.50 + my 4 quarters & several quarters to dry. Whew! Attendant was very nice, tho, & sure tried to help. I'm surprised they don't have a way to unlock the coin box, tho.

Super fast and friendly. My washer went down w a few loads in the process and they were there the next day to take care of the loads and brought them back the following day. We had a little trouble getting the team into and out of our downtown building but he figured it out while still being super happy and friendly.

I started using this service when I had knee surgery and just kept them afterward. They pickup your laundry and return it the next day vacuum bagged and folded. It's a great deal. You can also choose what detergent they use. Do check your returns ASAP because on rare occasions something does go missing or you get an item that's not yours. Absolutely recommended.
