Very recently, I needed a quick visit for a problem I was having while visiting that had just presented it self. I could not have been more satisfied with the care and meds I received!
I WAS very impressed.
Both recent visits. I'm fine now, thankfully.
I would not hesitate to return and recommend.

Pataskla, CVS and MinuteClinic are amazing. Brooke and the other nurse practitioners are great for MinuteClinic and David and his pharmacy team are vastly improved versus the previous iteration. Overall an asset to the local community and as a nurse myself I would not praise a location highly unless I was absolutely satisfied with the care and value I receive.

Misdiagnosed my daughter with allergies and she clearly has a sinus infection. Didn't even bother to check and see if her nose or face was swollen.

NOT A WALK IN CLINICThis is the first result when I search for a walk in clinic, but it is strictly by appointment only, and they didn't even have any same day appointments. We even tried to call ahead to double check, but you can't talk to a real person, and the recording did not say anything about appointments.

I registered as having no appointment completing the paperwork and inserted my credit card. Just waited in the lobby for 50 minutes. I finally was able to grab the NPs attention as she called another persons name to come back and asked how long for someone with no appointment and informed her i just registered. She said they have been so busy that they cannot see anyone without an appointment???? Can the write this somewhere maybe on the registration machine or ANYWHERE??? I get it there a alot of sick people right now. I just found out I had a covid exposure at work so I just wanted testing. Would have been really nice to not sit in the lobby possibly getting other people sick especially bc no one is wiping down the registration machine. Will NEVER EVER GO BACK.

Went for a COVID test at the appointed time. Nobody was there. No explanation.Tried calling them. Could not get a person, only computerized choices.VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The “Doctor” waited in her office for 30 minutes until I loudly pointed out how the wait said 18 minutes for over 30 minutes then the lady finally came out - 30 additional minutes for her to figure out the insurance, telling me BCBS isn’t in network. I said my daughter was just seen 3 weeks ago for the flu. She had no idea how to work the computer, how insurance worked - turned us away. I spent another 30 minutes on the computer and phone with BCBS only to find out what I already knew - CVS is in network and this “Doctor” is a complete idiot. Not even worth the 1 star given.
