Not open when advertised. At 11 AM Sunday the gates were locked although website and phone message says they are open at 10am. I'd say it was a wasted trip from Newark, but I did learn something: Rural King has 2.0 cu ft bags at a much lower price.

Delivery date is never correct, it always arrives days after your schedule. Poor communication on their end on updates.
Also they will delivery whatever they want. I bought 1 cuft bags but they delivered 2cuft bags, even though I left instructions to not switch to larger bags that are too heavy to carry.
Last time I order from this place, this has happened year over year.

We had a great experience with Ohio Mulch. After ordering mulch from a competitor for the past two years we decided to try Ohio Mulch. We have a long driveway and wanted the mulch dropped in a specific location. The driver did an amazing job of placing the mulch exactly where it was supposed to go. I wasn't home at the time of the delivery but he kept me on the phone until he was completely sure he knew where to go. He was extremely pleasant and wanted to make sure he got everything right. (I didn't catch his name but I know he is originally from NY.)

Be very carful when they load your trailer. They loaded mine wrong and I started fish tailing on the highway and almost wrecked. They do not know how to load a trailer!!!
