We have been going to Quality Automotive in Etna, OH. for the last 25 years. We wouldn’t trust our vehicles to anyone else except Jeff. In fact when we moved to Westerville, we still drive all the way back to Etna because we wouldn’t allow anyone else to work on either of our vehicles. Jeff is trustworthy, professional, and experienced. You know the work that is being done on your vehicle is what it needs and it’s quality work. Great experience. I needed a factory cat-back exhaust mounted to a larger aftermarket downpipe on a turbo Saab. No issues whatsoever, quick turnaround and super reasonable on cost. I tend to do most of my own repairs unless it requires fabrication or large shop equipment, and I will be taking my vehicles to these guys for anything I can't knock out myself. 100% recommended.

I had my Honda Element towed in there after I broke down on the way home. The entire team there was awesome. Jeff told me he could not get to right away. I like the honesty. The repair was done and the price could not be beat! If you need a car repair I highly recommend Quality Automotive!!!!
