I scheduled a test drive with Joe (who came highly recommended by previous customers) for a car that was on Stewart's website. However, when I walked in for my appointment no one got up to greet me then I was laughed at because the car I wanted to test drive was totalled a month ago even though it was still on their website. Joe didn't even offer to show me any other cars which made it seem like he had no interest in making a sale, so I had to ask to see if there was anything similar I could test drive. Joe showed me one car and made no effort to find anything else that I might like. All in all, I was not treated like a potential customer and felt like they were not trying to sell me a car.

Im adding to my previous post about the horrible service I had gotten when purchasing my 2010 ford explorer.
Yes, I was given a “ 3000-mile 50-50 powertrain warranty”
However it’s not been honored.
I still have over 800 miles left in my warranty, since I work from home I don’t drive it much.
But my new mechanic is replacing the fuel pump since your business didn’t want to acknowledge anything wrong with it, they are also fixing the electrical issues and wheel bearings. All of which your business should honor since I still have over 800 miles on my 3,000 dealership warranty. But since I can’t trust your employees to know anything past the check engine light I hired a competent mechanic who noticed all issues at first inspection within 20 minutes. Meanwhile your business kept denying anything wrong with my car since February.
The wiper blades may have been new to the car, but they definitely were not new. They Were horrible and needed replaced the first 3 weeks, the car wasn’t even clean when I got it.
The wheel bearings also need replaced, i question the skills of your mechanic since so many issues you claim were fixed were actually ignored.
“Given that the vehicle is over 14 years old, it's understandable that some repairs may be needed over time” over time does not mean within the first few weeks of sale. The transmission and fuel pump started having issues within a month of me owning it and continued until now, yet somehow that missed the mechanics eyes when examining.
“ Stewart Auto Group took the initiative to address these issues proactively.” If you want I can send you the many ignored emails and phone call logs, because nothing your business did was “proactive”.
I was ignored quite a bit, Joe was very rude, and the 2 loaner vehicles you gave me while my car was in your shop had issues, one died on me and wasn’t even cleaned. Smelled horrid.
“ Remember that regular maintenance and care are essential for keeping any vehicle running smoothly.” again, “maintenance and care” shouldn’t be within the first month of purchase if you did everything properly like you said you did.
Again, the absolute worst experience I have ever had with dealerships. I put my trust in locally owned businesses but you reminded me why it’s best not to trust them.
A shady business who sticks together junkers to last a few months, has rude employees, incompetent mechanics, and in general is a business who doesn’t follow through with their word.
If I could give a 0 review I would. You deny any wrongdoing or accountability for your shortcomings as a business, if you treat any customers like how I’ve been treated your business will go under.

Losers, selling garbage cars at high prices and refuse to uphold their service or warrantys even if you buy extended warrantys, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Came in for a oil change, tire rotation, and a oil leak check. They said it was the PCV valve and it would be 60$ and an hour to do it. I did 10 minutes of research and bought the part for less than 4$ and fixed it myself in 2 minutes. But it was obvious that the oil leak did not come from the valve, there was no oil on it. Jacked up the car and looked for myself, it was the oil gasket seal, oil everywhere from the seam. What kind of idiot would miss something like that. Pretty sure they were trying to scam me for 2 extra visits or their mechanics are toddlers

Friendly, knowledgeable staff that did not pressure for a sale. I ultimately bought a Honda HR-V because of the quality and staff. Thanks!

I’ve gotten two cars from this place, and would probably still have the first one if it hadn’t gotten stolen. The team here really works together to ensure that their customers are taken care of and I have not one bad thing to say about them! Joe specifically has always done everything in his power to help me get the right payment, right vehicle, and I never have gotten the “pushy” and disingenuous feeling like most other dealerships. They really pride themselves in being honest salesman which are really hard to find! I HIGHLY recommend them and tell all of my friends, family and coworkers to check them out whenever they need a vehicle! I really appreciate everything they have done to help me out!

Stewart auto group, is a great dealership Joe the salesman was absolutely amazing he answered any questions I had very professional and honest about different vehicles. Definitely would recommend to anyone who is in the market for a car!

This was the quickest and easiest vehicle I have ever bought. Had an issue with the battery after we got it home and Joe took care of it right away. I highly recommend you check them out if you are in the market for a vehicle.
