Mitch was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable in helping me pick what I needed to lift my truck! He also helped me pick the best tonneau cover for my Tundra. The service team did a great job installing everything and I will definitely be back to Trails West!

Staff is extremely helpful as well as replying by email promptly. The communication and customer service has been fantastic thus far, will update after work is completed.

Still great prices....anything that is available for your ride, they can can get. Tried the mail order stuff, wasn't happy, delayed finishing my project due to returns and bad descriptions, but the folks at Trails West were right the first time at a competitive price.

Great place to have a hitch installed. They were able to get the job done very quickly and it appears to be done well. Super friendly staff. They definitely know what they're doing. Prices seem reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to send people their way.
