I'll tell you what, out of all the places I've been for upgrades on my 2017 Ford f 250 super duty , Trails West is by far the best truck / jeep accessories store out there! From the time I walked in, employees were so quick to ask what I needed and went ABOVE and BEYOND to take care of me. Professional, and excellent prices as well. Not only that, they were so fast to do the work and I got my truck back in no time. I've gotten at least 8 compliments on it already . I still can't believe how great this store is.

Trails West is the best accessory store around for both trucks and cars. Every set of weathertech floor liners I've bought have been through them. They can get them usually in a day, save shipping cost and they're usually less than the weathertech website. I also bought a dash cover for my old 2000 Ram and it was perfect. They are the best around! Any accessories I need I go here.

Everyone I’ve dealt with is knowledgeable and will offer options rather than forcing something on you. Let your imagination run wild and Trails West will make it become a reality. The install team is where the magic happens. My installation was completed when promised and done right the first time.

Ryan, Brandon, Mitch, Bill, Lucas, and the guys in the back are TOP NOTCH! They'll do anything they can for their customers and make sure their customers are satisfied 100% which is the reason they've been around so long! They have done at least 15 vehicles for us, many for our employees, and for friends and family. It's definitely worth going to as we drive 40+ minutes one way to get there.

I recently made a substantial purchase at this shop, including a topper and a spray-in bedliner for my new truck, approximately $4000. The process, unfortunately, has been far from satisfactory.During the period my truck was in for the spray-in bedliner, I noticed an unexpected increase in mileage. Initially having only 8 miles on this tank of gas, I was surprised to find 48 miles when I received my truck back. It appears that the vehicle was driven approximately 40 miles, which was not disclosed to me, leading to some frustration.Moving on to the topper, my frustration grew as the promised five to eight-week wait turned into a prolonged process. Upon inquiry, I discovered a three-week delay, attributed to a late order placement and custom paint. The lack of proactive communication during this period was disappointing.Upon finally receiving the topper, the installation presented problems. The rubber gasket for the rear window looked subpar, even after attempted fixes. Additionally, a key feature – the ability to lock the topper via the key fob – proved to be non-functional for my 2020 F150 due to safety features (this us what they said) contradicting what was initially promised during the sale.While the staff attempted to address the issues, the overall experience has left me dissatisfied. I appreciate the effort to rectify the situation, but the miscommunication, extended delays, and unmet promises have soured my impression.Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience, and I personally won't be returning.I should have read some of the reviews prior to purchasing from the shop. It isn’t so much the issues that may arise. Because this can happen anywhere. The real surprise while reading some of these reviews today as I’m leaving mine is the extreme unprofessional responses they have left for many of these customer reviews.

I've had a bed liner and bed cover purchased and installed through these guys. Customer service was excellent! The guys at the front desk were very helpful and cool.

Waste of time and money.They gave me a snap-on truck bed cover which is unusable. I was in a hurry and I trusted them after the installation and did not ask for a full demo, only to go back home and to realize it wont work(roll up and roll out). While trying to see how it worked, I removed the central bars to see if the cover would even fit. Now they blame it on me since I removed the central bars and hence why the cover wont work.Within 24 hours I went back again asking to return it but they wont take it back because its already installed.I don't understand why they would sell a product to a customer which is unusable on a daily basis.

Brandon and the team replaced my Penstar 3.6 with a remanufactured Penstar plus an Edelbrock Super Charger. Worked amazing on and off the road! Trails West will be taking care of my future Jeep needs.

There is no other place to take your truck to get modified lift, leveling kits tires shocks anything you need they have, service and staff are just as amazing you cannot go wrong doing business with these guys

Verbal quote alignment 199 2 tires and alignment 842.Waited a month for appointment, now can't align because my 2017 dodge ram magically needs every ball joint,tie rod, brake, rotor, caliper and Flux capacitor replaced.Of course the 600+ dollar tires still went on, and when it was time to adjust the bill the alignment was only 125 not 199.Hard not to feel cheated. Spent 600+ and got no issues resolved. Got 2 overpriced tires and truck still not aligned,Wasted day wasted money
