About United States Postal Service

The United States Postal Service location at 175 E Broad St provides secure, reliable, and affordable mail and package delivery, offering walk-in passport services. Reviews indicate the staff is often friendly and can go above and beyond, with specific employees praised for being amazingly helpful, thorough, kind, and for making processes a breeze. There are accounts of staff providing exceptional customer service, such as personally locating a delayed package, staying late after scheduled hours to complete a passport application, and taking care of a misdelivered package the same day. However, the location can face challenges, including being understaffed, which sometimes prevents accommodating walk-ins during designated hours. A recurring complaint notes significant and frustrating issues with a specific mail delivery driver in a local community, where packages and letters are frequently dropped at incorrect addresses over a long period. Overall, this Post Office is committed to serving the local community, with staff members frequently demonstrating kindness and a willingness to help, though service consistency can vary.
