“Whenever I go into this store the staff are usually nice and helpful. However, there is a man that comes in occasionally who brings down the entire moral of the place. I think he’s a store manager. And apparently he sucks at his job. Judging by how he treats his employees. The first time I seen him he made one of the young cashiers cry. Today the cashier was pretty happy when I walked in. However by the time I rang out she seemed very upset. Shame on you, sir. You need to work on you etiquette and management skills.”
