Although we didn’t end up purchasing from Integrity, I was extremely impressed with Dennis Recker the salesman. He was exceptional in every way and my experience was worth sharing. Great people. Great establishment.

Sharisa was great! She had the truck cleaned and waiting out front for me when I arrived. She let me test drive the truck and gave me pointers on where to go to get the full experience.
Randy the finance manager answered all my questions and went through the paperwork at a pace that was easy to keep up with.
Both were very nice and talked with me about real life while I waited on USAA loan details to be finalized and sent over.
Small dealership which had big personalities. Would definitely buy from again, just wished I lived closer!

Great experience with the sales woman we had there! Not only was she taking care of us but also another customer at the same time, and still did an amazing job for my daughter’s first buying experience for her first car. Thank you soo much integrity ford!!

I spent much effort in search of a suitable / similar / affordable .. replacement for my [totaled out] 2015 Ford Flex Limited Ecoboost .. ran across this beauty on Capital One's auto navigator .. so I took the chance in availability (these particular models seem to go quick) .. traveled the 3 hours, arrived 20 minutes before closing .. and wasn't disappointed, Integrity Ford of Ohio exceeded all of my expectations .. the paperwork was prepared as I traveled .. they stayed after hours as long as I needed (to test drive / look it over.. etc) .. the vehicle was immaculate, customer service was impeccable, I am well pleased 😁
