Will never go back. I had over $1,300 worth of work done to my car. When I picked it up there were 4 huge scratches on the drivers side. I contacted them multiple times to resolve the issue and was given no response or solution. Not to mention 2 days after being in the shop, my check engine light came back on. It was bad enough being given a 7 passenger, fuel guzzling loaner, that was filthy to drive in the 4 days I waited. But to receive my car back damaged is unacceptable and it became clear they only care about money and not their customers. I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but this seemed deserving of it.

My car was hit by a couple metal barrels that fell off a truck on my way to visit my parents last night. After talking to the insurance company this morning, I took my car over to Stykemain to have them check things over to make sure I would be able to drive home safely. I was getting close to an oil change but hadn't scheduled an appointment. I arrived about 20 minutes before the body shop was going to close. Brock not only made sure things were "secure" on my car for the trip home, he was able to take care of my oil change, too. EXCELLENT customer service!!! Thank you so much for going above and beyond!! :)
