I had a work car that needed a lot done on it. Every other shop couldn’t get it in for 3 to 4 weeks and their prices were absolutely outrageous. I have never had a good luck with other shops before, but my family members referred me to this shop and so I gave them a try.
The man who serviced my car was honest, friendly, and talked to me in common sense terms without being condescending like I’ve experienced with most men who work in shops and refused to talk to me because I am a woman and would rather talk to my husband. 🙄
He was able to finish everything on my car, which was a lot, in less than a week and for a great price. Not only did he fix the problems that we asked, but he went he over and beyond in making sure that he didn’t miss anything.
His communication was top-notch as well. He called me and informed me of what was going on. Other shops have just gone ahead and started fixing things without asking.
I will forever continue to keep going to this shop!!
They have gained another lifetime loyal customer.
It’s even better that they are a small local business!
