Our son went to apply for a passport. Picked up the application, brought it home and completed it and took all the required documents back with payment and they told him he had to set up an appointment which is ridiculous in a town of this size. He went back at the appointment time and we got a letter 3 weeks later stating that the agent, the post office hadn’t filled in their portion of the passport application and that the picture they took was too small. Not only did we not get his birth certificate back we also didn’t get our $185 fee back. I called and the rep told me I would need to contact the US Dept of State and she was assuming we wouldn’t need to get a new birth certificate but they sent back a brand new application, not the partially completed one. So now we need to get a new birth certificate, fill out the whole application again and pay and hope for the best and pray it’s back in time for our trip. Thankfully we gave ourselves 12 weeks originally but now we are down to 8.
It’s apparent this postal worker has zero training in how to complete passports.

We just moved in payne and the lady named peggy is very nice and helpful i have a missing package and she called me and updated me.
Updated my review to 5 stars from 2 stars now the new lady in post office doesn’t have any knowledge about packages i have package forwarded to our new address and she said she didn’t see the name of my business that’s why she forwarded to sender but the address was right and my husband put a forwarded mail to new address i have been calling and told her about it and she said sorry she can’t fix it. Need more knowledge about everything in post office peggy was very knowledgeable than her.

Can't call because they dont believe in people or actual helping. Dont even have the options to get you were you need to go just to talk to your local post office. Wish I could take away stars
