wanted to get a tank dropped called over two months ago to get it scheduled arricks refused to even set an install date, called a competitor had a tank dropped and filled within a week, arricks claimed they cant drop tanks at 9 degrees yet everyone else can, then they have the nerve to say they cant compare themselves to other companies, word of advice arricks, you need to start comparing yourself to your competition because they are blowing you out of the water, also the only propane fill station ive been told i have to call before bringing any tanks in to get filled to ensure someone is there who can fill it.....if your open you should be able to fill tanks, period. and dont even get me started on arricks we promise youll run out in the coldest day smart meter then our drivers will keep going to the wrong address systems, honestly save yourself the headache and call any other company.
ps. turns out swapping propane suppliers was the best thing we could do only thing that has changed is which company is supplying the propane and somehow we are burning less than a third of the amount we would with arricks i cant prove anything but very odd that the propane they supply doesnt burn as hot or long as other propane supplied by other companies

Ordered a fill up and have been waiting several days and now it’s the weekend and a holiday Monday so won’t have no heat and it’s suppose to be I negative out and I have no heat and 3 kids a baby , 3 dogs and two adults at home . Guess we are gonna freeze to death thanks . We called and they said whenever they get to it . I called and no one answered . So im guessing they left almost

My wife is taking care of her uncle Bill's estate and he passed away in March and she didn't have control of estate until it clear probate. She had the propane tank picked up until she had control of estate. Well she didn't know that Arricks Propane will not ever sit a tank at a location that the tank had to be removed. Not a great family company or they would understand the situation my wife was in.

So incredibly glad to be done with them. We go through gas so quickly and many times sat in a freezing cold house. No one would come out for days.

We had a new tank installed the crew was fast professional very nice. The women you talk to at customer service are courteous and helpful. We are very happy we switched.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. The women are so RUDE and condescending when customers ask questions. The new fee they charge for not using all of your propane every year is insane! I’ve never signed any kind of contract and yet they still continue to charge these insane fees. Currently in the process of getting rid of this TERRIBLE company. Will also be making calls to BBB & PUCO.

If you want to use a company that is Unprofessional and only cares about them selves this maybe the company for you. Just because you get a cheaper price does not mean you get the the service you deserve. I would I suggest you do your research before using them. Jr

Waste of time and energy to get propane from these people. Horrible customer service and they don't even call you back when they say they will. Seems they don't really care about people or selling propane. Lost my business and will never reccomend them to anyone.

Have been customer for 40 years have never had problem until last 2 years ordered and paid for gas and waited days for delivery and when going into office unfriendly atmosphere

Be sure to read your contract (which they charge you $19 to sign) closely. It states that they can automatically fill your tank if it's 330 gallon or larger. So with spring just around the corner, they decided to fill our tank to the tune of $576. We had enough propane to get us through, but now have this surprise bill to pay and will not be able to take advantage of the cheaper price during summer fill because our tank is full. Would not recommend this company!
