The equipment is fine. This is for my husband. However, the billing department is a nightmare! Even when your statement is paid before the due date, you will receive a statement stating your bill is due and threatening to turn you into a collection agency. The representatives you speak with are rude.

The experience I had while getting my first cpap, was very good. The lady who demonstrated how to assemble and use the machine and mask was excellent! Her name is Susan. Friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and comforting. Great place!
