Customers have praised the sales team, particularly Slater, for being very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind during the sales process. One customer, who had been eyeing a Honda ATV for years, had a smooth and enjoyable experience purchasing their desired vehicle, with Slater guiding them through the process and providing detailed information about the features.
Another customer, who pre-ordered a 2021 YZ 250, had a positive experience with the fast shipping, even though the bike was out of stock at the time of the order.
I couldn’t believe the degree of customer service I received. Seems like such a big box store, but couldn’t be farther from the truth. These cats get motorcycles and motorcyclists. The selection was amazing. Louie and Blaine really do an incredible job

State 8 Off Road is great to work with in buying my Kawasaki Mule! Very fair and honest. Shamar, my salesman, is a class act and pleasant to deal with. This organization has my highest recommendation!
