I rented a scissor lift and trailer, mentioning to them that I have the hitch and later on I found that they charged me for one anyway an extra $69.00! I spoke with 2 different associates, both saying that they will make it right but nothing happened so far. Time to escalate

Deceptive pricing and no mention of extra charges until checkout. Machine kept malfunctioning making the job take a lot longer than necessary. Went to pay for rental and that was the first time I was told they are cashless, meaning I won't do business with them again. Also ripping people off with outrageous refueling costs.
