“The guys at Don Sitts are incredibly impressive. For dealers, their ethic and integrity is unmatched. After several conversations with Nick, I flew from Tennessee to Ohio to purchase a truck. To decide to travel that far north for a truck means that I felt comfortable and confident in the honesty of Don Sitts Auto. Because I live in the south, my main concern was rust. Nick showed no hesitation when I requested to have a third party inspection done and allowed me to go wherever I chose in the area. This was huge for me. I also noticed that the A/C did not seem to be blowing as cold as it should have been and when I mentioned it to Nick, he immediately had the Cabin Air Filter replaced and the A/C was blowing strong and cold!
I made the decision to purchase the truck and have had a couple hiccups that they have quickly attempted to make right.
When leaving the dealer I realized that the gas had not been filled and the Engine Air Filter was dirty and had not been changed, without hesitation Nick told me that they would reimburse me for the cost to fill up the tank after I had left and that they would also cover the Engine Air Filter replacement.
Unfortunately on my drive home, I noticed that there seemed to be a clear issue with the transmission (one that I do not believe Don Sitts realized existed). After speaking with Ed and discussing options, he made the decision to send a driver down to middle TN with a loaner truck and haul my new truck back up to Ohio to have the issues completely diagnosed and repaired. Obviously not something you want to experience in the first 24 hours after purchasing a vehicle, but man I am so glad to be working with Don Sitts. Their integrity goes above and beyond and their quick resolve and dedication to make things right speaks volumes. I HIGHLY recommend choosing Don Sitts Auto if you live in Ohio, and still recommend them if you don’t. Nick is the best salesman I’ve worked with and Ed will make sure that you receive what you were promised.”
