On point store. Dan was an excellent salesman. I was helped immediately, taught things about my feet thanks to the technology on hand, and the advice I was given was sound. The selection of shoes was excellent. The best thing is that my run this morning on new shoes, insoles, and socks felt amazing.

I’m giving this review 2 stars solely because the associate I initially worked with was polite and helpful at the time. However, the overall customer service experience has been disappointing.
I visited the store on a Thursday looking for a specific shoe size, which they didn’t have in stock. The associate checked the system and confirmed that the Youngstown location (about an hour away) had it. She even called that store, and they agreed to send the pair over. I was told the shoes would arrive by the following Wednesday at the latest, which seemed reasonable.
Out of curiosity, I checked the website on Monday to look at other color options, and noticed the shoes were listed as “in stock” at the Pepper Pike location. Thinking the shoes may have arrived and I simply hadn’t been notified, I called the store. A different employee answered and quickly told me they didn’t have them — without checking or offering much help.
It’s now Thursday, and I still haven’t received any kind of update or follow-up. I find it hard to believe that it takes over a week to transfer shoes from a store just an hour away. At the very least, a courtesy call would’ve gone a long way.
Unfortunately, due to the lack of communication and follow-through, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Very helpful staff very knowledgeable with all their products. I like the way they fitted my feet with the best comfort I’ve ever had in a tennis shoe. After the fitting process. I just left the new shoes on and put my old ones in the box. I felt like I was walking on a cloud.

I stopped to get my feet properly measured as a podiatrist advised I wear a good cushioned running shoes to rest my feet. Evie not only spent time with me, but explained all the foot measurements and the best shoes for me. I had just purchased a pair of Hokas but will stop when it’s time for a new pair!

We had a wonderful experience with having 2 of my daughters sized for their cross country shoes. Everyone was nice and helpful and loved talking running with the girls! I also feel like the sizing and attention to detail will help my girls have shoes they are happy with and will help them to stay healthy and injury free! Thanks!

Great, knowledgeable staff. Carlie took me through the whole process of evaluating my feet for the right shoe. I have been dealing with plantar fasciitis and a swollen, irritated Achilles tendon. The right shoe makes all the difference.
