Went to this branch around 1030am to send a wire transfer for a home I was purchasing. I saw an error message on the bankers screen but she shrug it off as seemingly no big deal and send me on my wife with the understanding all was well. Around 2p, the title company was still not in receipt of the wire. I then spent the next three hours calling numerous times to the bank. They said they were working on it. I missed there call at 510p and called back within a couple of minutes with no answer. I had a voicemail saying that the account number I had given them was wrong (not true we confirmed it with numerous times with the title company and even did a three way call) and that I should come back the next day with a new account number. I left the banker who called me a vm sharing my displeasure and asking for a call in the am. Shocker, he never called.
The next morning I went to my normal branch in Beachwood and they told me the wire had been sent. They were super helpful and explained that they have a wire department thay checks discrepancies and that it said that department had fixed the branches error manually.
So, the intial banker made a mistake and ignored the message her system gave her which resulted in me waisting half a day trying to resolve. Then her colleague blamed me for their error and never returned my vm.
Stay away from this branch. The Beachwood branch has always helped me with the upmost professionalism.

JEREMY!!! If you stumble upon any problems whatsoever, this man performs miracles. I just appreciate you so much, your understanding and ability to quickly resolve something that customer service seemed to have no options to help me for 4 days. There won't be anyone else I will attempt to reach should I have any more problems. Again, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I deposited over 2000.00 dollars in the ATM and my money was not deposited and I did not receive a receipt. Very disappointed and a aggravated.

They are always insanely helpful when I go there for banking with the company I work for an for personal use. The workers there are hilarious and great people. All places are short staffed so if there's a wait, its never because they weren't busy helping others.
