“Thanks for a great experience! I love Heinen's grocery stores! I was on a dry run to locate a salon my stylist is transferring to. I spotted the Heinen's and enjoy there bakery. A kind gentleman employee shared where to find it, and very a nice young lady in the bakery assisted me with locating a chocolate croissant it was not the chocolate filled one, but the chocolate drizzled one was delicious, cashier was kind and helpful too! Great phenomenal dream team of employees!”
“I have been to heinen's grocery stores all over northeastern Ohio and this is by far my favorite one. It's always clean the people are nice and the products are fresh”
“Always a joy to visit this location. The staff is always helpful and genuine.
Bakery and produce are always on point.
I like the new layout.
Looks like work was put in to upgrade the place.
Maybe that was another reason to close their downtown location 🤔”
“We love the prices, quality, and convenience. They have most of the basic groceries - produce, breads, dairy, meats, seafood, canned goods, beer & wine, and more - at lower prices than the other stores. They also have several sections of specialty items - housewares, toys, clothing, etc. - that changes regularly. You never know what you might find. Bring a quarter to unlock the shopping cart (you'll get it back) and bring your own bags. The employees are friendly and helpful. It isn't a superstore, so there are a few items you won't find there - that's the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. But for the money, you're better off getting most of what's on your list at Aldi's.”
“Any and every Heinen's experience is a joy and delight. Heinens always has the friendliest and helpful staff--hands down!
Great selections, immaculate stores”
“Best grocery store in the chagrin area by far. Excellent service and hidden gem of pizza and beer/wine by the glass. Surprisingly good location on Friday nights, especially in summer with live music.”
“Some great items in here. Found a seasonal Califia Cold Brew marked down to $.99 as well as Chobani Oatmilk at $1.99. Would have paid so much more for it elsewhere! Worth it!”
“Exceptional customer service! Best fresh cut steaks, beautiful produce, and nice selection of premium cheeses with an array of fantastic wines. My number one go to, especially if having a get together or holiday.”
“Aldi has been my life saver. With my car being down, it's been a major asset for ordering my products & having them delivered. Yes, I do enjoy shopping myself, I still get fresh food & good quality.”

“Aldi is famous for it’s unique brands & great deals. They also carry some store brands (cookies, cereals, soups). Just a few of my Aldi favorites are Belgian butter waffle crisps, peanut butter cream filled cookies, fresh Atlantic salmon, & European wines.”
“I absolutely love Heinens-Just some feedback on your rotisserie chickens that you sell in the store-They used to be delicious until a couple months ago, I noticed a drop in quality. I’ve gotten them 3 times and they are always overcooked/rubbery now. Hopefully you can improve that situation as I miss purchasing them.”
“Even though prices are slightly higher than other stores, the quality of their food and services is beyond any other store I have ever shopped at. I followed in my older sister’s footsteps. She was shopping at Heinen’s when I came to Cleveland in 1969. That store was in Shaker Square.”
“Clean spacious aisles, and employee was tending to another task(running the floor scrubber) as soon as the line had more than 4 customers he immediately stopped and then got on a register! And the staff was polite and friendly and helpful! This is by far the best Aldi I have been in!.”
“Had a wonderful first experience here today with my spouse. The staff was very nice and the fresh made food was amazing. The selection of grocery was great as well! Absolutely will be back!”
“Aldi's is always clean and neat and had a huge selection of products. You can pretty much get everything you need without having to hit the big chain stores.”
“I haven’t had a disappointing time going in here. I see a lot of familiar faces from East Cleveland grocery store Konnis. I just pray we don’t have the same quality they had in that store. I have met some new workers who go out there way to make you smile. They even donated last year with us feeding the homeless. I thank you guys for that. Continue being great for our community we need people who care around the whole circle.”

“Immaculate, well stocked, friendly helpful staff. Stay away from here I do not want y'all getting in my way as I shop and browse the aisles of this lovely store.”

“Tried Costco’s new strawberry shortcake sundae and it was delicious! The employee who made ours accidentally forgot to add the shortcake, but when we mentioned it, another employee was incredibly kind and gave us a whole cup of shortcake on the side. Such a generous way to fix a small mistake, and we really appreciated it. Great dessert and even better customer service!”
“Just want to give a shout out to Kyle in the dairy department and another worker Stan. I was looking for something specific and the shelf for that product was empty. Stan (who doesn't work in dairy) kindly helped but couldn't find it. That's when Kyle stepped in, went in the back and found the item for me. I was ever so grateful for them guys.”
“I love this Aldi they have a good selection most of the time. The staff I can’t say much about but they are always busy and they do a good job managing the store. The lines are usually a bit long but I don’t blame the employees because they are really fast. The quarter system is smart. They have a good variety of chips even though most are the store brand. This is definitely by far the cheapest grocery store.”
“It is uncommon for me to provide feedback on a grocery store experience, but I feel compelled to acknowledge the exceptional service provided by an individual named Kevin. During a recent visit, I encountered an unexpected situation where I realized I only had cash to pay for my groceries. Despite being occupied with stocking duties, Kevin promptly recognized my predicament and offered assistance. He kindly escorted me to the cash-only lane and efficiently completed my transaction. His multitasking abilities, friendly demeanor, and willingness to go above and beyond left a positive impression. I hope this feedback reaches Kevin and that he receives due recognition from the company. Heinens-level service at Aldi prices. Thanks from the Hall Family”

“Shop N Save is a good place to play lotto buy beverages and food items. The owner is kind to me all the time. The gentleman is helpful and he greets me everything I come in. I recommend this place for convenience.”
“Very nice staff.his sons are the best help. They carry things from childhood, like the pancake syrup , corn , molasses , alga, I wish they had more carribean things, but all in all a good store with a good respectful vibe toward the people..”
“The manager on this morning was very polite, hard worker, had a very clean store. I examined there vegetables and determined that they are in better shape than Marc's. They have a nice selection of items in the store. All items are priced less than other stores. So if you want to save money, Aldi's is the place to go for savings”
“I have a soft spot for the Euclid Marc's, having been a former employee. However, my loyalty isn't just nostalgia-driven. Even now, I appreciate the affordable prices and products Marc's provides. It's refreshing to have a budget-friendly grocery store in my neighborhood. Honestly, I'd rather shop here than Dave's – Marc's always meets my needs!”

“Really the best of all small footprint markets that I have ever seen.
Not a single compromise I can think of was made by these owners.
I will be back. Someone would need to try hard to make up a reason not to.
If you're in the area and are hungry for a picnic or live nearby, this should be your 1st choice.”
