Just so we are clear, this is not a fake or fictitious review! I review a lot of restaurants and businesses and pride myself on giving the most honest reviews I can. Now, that being said, I had some scrap carbide, (all solid carbide end mills and turning inserts), that I was looking to turn in from my personal shop. I have been calling around looking for best price and this place was the lowest! National average is currently $5-$10/lb, but in North East Ohio the price ranges from $5.25-$6/lb. When I asked for prices, I was told $4.50/lb for inserts and bits, then when I asked about solid carbide end mills, I was told $4.25/lb. This is about $1.-$1.25 less than most other recycling centers. I’m not saying not to go here, just pay attention to what they are offering compared to other places in the area! Honesty and fairness go along way in my book. I personally will not be returning.

It's only 5 dollars to weight a trailer and that's a great deal compared to most. Employees were very friendly and quick.

Took 5 bags of crushed cans there, last year... watched them scale it at 61 pounds, then only paid me for 50... never going back..

Was first time taking brass and was rushed through. Was not clear on how much he was paying after I asked and didn't help showing me what was what. He then took a guess in the end of how much he needed to still take off the final weight after picking through a few things. Didn't get a paper saying what I turned in and how much each metal per pound I had gotten. I will not be using this place in the future.

Showed up with copper/brass scrap they gave a cart to me. I told the guy I need bins to split it up(alrdy separate in buckets) he says he don't have any.. tries to push cart on scale. He said he was it was too busy to weigh separately. I protested and said no he tried to rush the guy running the scale.. I grabbed the cart off scale and was like no way nice try.. I'll never go back.. I am a local plumber and this was not a small haul.. if your going here they are trying to scam you.. I'd give a zero star if possible.
