This appointment was for my husband. This was the first time he has ever been comfortable at a dentist. The staff is amazing. We are happy to be patients at the Aspen Dental in Perrysburg.

While the staff was great. Service needed, Not affordable for seniors on a fixed income. Guess I'll lose the smile ? and eat mush for the remainder of my days!

After having major tooth pain for a week and struggling to find a dentist that will get me in fast they really hit my last nerve . The morning of my appointment they call me and tell me I have to reschedule because their xray machine is down . While on the phone I had mentioned that the person who scheduled my appointment said they waive the first appointment fees and so they told me that wasn’t a thing and they weren’t allowed to do that . I wouldn’t have been so mad if it weren’t for the fact that was the second time attempting to schedule and being told that both times . So not only have I not been able to get in fast anywhere except this place , but also I was lied to twice about my fees being waived for the first appointment . So I can’t even go at all .

I had the best dental appointment check up today. I felt special and all the staff were very professional, kind, and patient. Aspen Dental is my go-to dentist. I will not trade them for another dentist.

Would have given no stars if I could. When I arrived there was a lady in the waiting room talking to Maddy about she had a 9am appointment and needed to get back to work if they weren't able to see her she needed to leave Maddy was very rude to her and stated they are short staffed. I arrived at 1045 for an 11am appointment to have a temporary crown taken off and the permanent put in. At 1pm I still had NOT been seen Maddy told me they are short handed and will get to me whenever they can. I said its been over 2 hours do you have an idea on a time and Maddy stated I need to be understanding they were short handed and gonna try to get to me. I then stated I have things to do an can't wait around all day. Maddy then very rudely said ill talk to Doc. Came back and stated we will get to you if we can. I said can you please just refund my for the crown and ill go somewhere else . Again and with more attitude she stated she couldn't refund anything due to it having to go through ins first but you can leave. So I left and called the aspen in Bowling Green where I asked if they were able to put my crown on that is at the perrysburg location I explained I had waited over 2 hours and they were unable to keep my appointment and unable to say for certain if I would be see today the Bowling Green location called and spoke to Maddy who said they were trying to help me and I walked out which is not true at all so Bowling Green stated no other aspen location would be able to see me I have called my insurance company and reported they billed me for work not completed and put a fraud stop on my dental first account . I never once raised my voice or swore or even had an attitude just asked a question on when id be seen.

I just had my teeth cleaned and I feel like they did a great job! I also got my dentures and partial here and I had a great experience. My appointments were always on time, they’re great at explaining things and very friendly! I’m so glad I started going to Aspen in Perrysburg, Ohio!

What’s the point of making an appointment with Aspen Dental if you’re going to be 2.5 hours behind schedule? My husband had an appointment today at 11:45. When he first arrived, he was told it would be a hour and a half wait. 2 hours after his appointment time he was told it would be at least another half an hour. How incompetent do you have to be to be that far behind schedule?!? If he wasn’t in need of his appointment, he would’ve never had waited. You can guarantee that we will not be back and we will not be referring anyone to this office again.

Wouldn’t even give 1 star… they just want your money and to not help you! I had a dental emergency in so much pain and tooth was infected,dentist tells me how much it’ll be 1,300 for 2 teeth pulled but over 5k for all this other work..they wanted money upfront before even helping me. Left with teeth still in my mouth,suffered all weekend and called another dentist got in that day and already feeling relief, not to mention i wasn’t charged even close to that amount and more importantly I was treated like a human being!

I know not all Aspen dental offices are the same. I get that. However, I am giving my review on the Perrysburg location.I could NOT be happier with the results of the work done. The dentist was absolutely the most pleasant Dentist Ive ever had in my life. He made sure I would be pain free throughout my whole experience. I, myself, received implants. It was definitely a process but he was the sweetest, kindest dentist throughout the entire process. Even the assistants were very knowledgeable and pleasant. I got the sense they all enjoyed working there. That's the vibe you get as soon as they call you back.I highly recommend Perrysburg Aspen Dental for any work you need done.

My wife went to get a checkup and was given a quote for all the work they recommended she have done for her teeth. Once we were able to save up the money, she called Aspen requesting they email the quote to her, since she lost it. They said no, but they could print it and she come get it. She went there that day and waiting in the waiting room 30 mins just for the receptionist to say she couldnt get it to print. The next day, they called saying they had been able to get it to print and it was available to be picked up by me or her. My wife requested confirmation TWICE on that phone call that the quote was already printed, so what happened last time wouldn’t happen again. They assured her it was printed and ready. Well today they gave us the run around that they did not have it and in fact, she’d need to come for a new appointment to get a new quote. This has got to be the worst customer service we’ve experienced in a while. My mother in law has been also trying to get work done on her teeth for months, but always gets told their “system is down”.

Busted a tooth in my mouth 2 weeks ago. Scheduled a appointment with them and made sure they accepted my insurance. Scheduled a appointment just to be told. They don't take my insurance after pacifically asking if they do.

Very professional service. Staff explained what they were going to do. Patients typically do not meet with the hygienist but I did on my first visit. I also met with the office manager (instead of the front desk) to discuss what the dentist told me. Dr. Sanchez was awesome.

I’m not sure why I have had so many scheduling issues with this place. They send you an email to confirm your appointment and the link is broken when you try to confirm your appointment. I called the number and had to leave a voicemail to confirm my appointment, then once again no follow up call. I get to my appointment and they tell me they moved my appointment because they didn’t get my confirmation when I tried with two different methods. I don’t have a job where I can move my hours around whenever I want to make my appointments. I am very displeased with the lack of communication I have received from here and if I wasn’t too stressed out with other things, I would go somewhere else for my dental needs.

They lied about taken are insurance, we drive 30 mins away ! Make sure you talk to someone in office not the answering service! GAS ISNT CHEAP ! Then when you get to talk to someone in office they hang up on you !! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.....Update: its not only the local business it's the service answering service too !!

Would give zero stars if I could. As a new patient they were only able to schedule a initial X-ray/consultation appointment with no cleaning. Drove an hour with a newborn to my appointment. When I got there they told me they were an hour behind. Then told me my appointment would last 2 HOURS!! Was never told this before scheduling my appointment. They blamed their call center. They didn’t seem to care at all. Clearly don’t put their customers first. Would highly recommend looking somewhere else.
