We really enjoyed eating fresh Chinese food here! Everything including the service was perfect, they informed me that all food is homemade, it was for sure!

We have been long term customers over the different owners. The current owners (Dec 2023) need to make serious revisions. The tempura shrimp was from frozen stock and not cooked sufficiently. It was gooey and overly breaded. The dinner I chose was average at best and then even the pork meat was fatty in several bites. The food selection is too processed and too Americanized. PLEASE move to dishes and seasoning that are more authentic.

Baid Du before the pandemic used to be very good middle of the road Chinese restaurant. I’ve now tried them three times in the past 18 months and each time the food was sub par. Tonight again. The sweet sour chicken was awful. The pork fried rice was bland beyond mentioning. Not even onion in it much less any pork pieces. Even the red sauce was lacking something for the crab rangoons which were unexceptional. I don’t know what’s happened. It’s either that they are using poor ingredients or their cook doesn’t care about their job. It’s sad to see it go downhill. The only reason I went there tonight is the other Chinese didn’t seem to be open at 8pm. I’ll not go again. Once the food sucks I can forgive. Nd forget. But three times? They ought to do a different line of work. Why bother? This wasn’t cheap either. $35 for two orders of crab rangoons, one order of pork fried rice and one order of sweet and sour chicken.

Quite possibly one of the most delicious meals I’ve had. Crispy beef is the go to meal

We had a wonderful dinner here! The vegetarian menu was quite diverse compared to some other restaurants I’ve visited. I ordered General Tao’s Tofu, and was not disappointed! The tofu was crunchy and the sauce was AMAZING!! The staff were generous and very kind. It was so nice to have a chance to talk with them and feel welcomed. We highly recommend, and will definitely be visiting the next time we are in the area!

A wonderful place for dinner while staying at the Belamere Suites nearby. The manager and staff were very friendly and kind, and quite attentive. The food was NOT “standard Chinese fare”, but was all “home cooked”, fresh and perfect.I had the Dragon Phoenix which was a combo of General Tso chicken and a Shrimp / Veggie medley.Chicken was fresh white meat and breaded nicely, veggies (pea pods, mini corn, water chestnuts, etc) were steamed mixed Sauce was spicy and superb.Duck sauce was chilled nicely and went well with the egg rolls.Rice was done well, and it worked out to be a great time.We will return here for sure.

Very clean, friendly staff excellent food! Have eaten here a couple of times and I love their hot sour soup! Their house lomein is so delicious with pork, chicken, beef and shrimp! Large portions so there is plenty to take home!

Tried this place for the first time and we were really blown away! Our server was really friendly and very accommodating to the 8 of us. She was helpful and patience as we were waiting for our party to show up! Food came out quickly and fresh. We all enjoyed our meal and the experience we had! Portion sizes were really good! I was excited that I was able to bring home leftovers! My mom even stated it was one of the best Chinese restaurant she had been to! We all plan on coming back soon! 10/10 would recommend!

We ate at BaiDu about 10 years ago and vowed we would never return. Ate there with visitors from out of state tonight and know why we said we would never eat there again. Only one person in our party said they liked their meal. The rest of us were very disappointed in our meals. Beside being very oily, the food had no flavor. One person in our party had to ask for a knife to cut through the egg foo young and had trouble chewing it. The wonton soup tasted like a tough noodle in salt water instead of a flavorful broth. Some of our meals were served hot while others everything, including the rice and mushrooms, were lukewarm to cool. By far, this was the worst Chinese meal we have ever had!

Sadly, I would rate this restaurant 0 stars. The waiter was not friendly, making me feel like I was an inconvenience to him. The cold noodle dish I ordered came out hot and I was told that was just how it comes. I will never return. Mostly because of the unfriendly service.
