“I had to have a driver window replaced on my truck that was an insurance claim on someone else's policy. My experience was that they got the job done quickly and at a better cost quote than the local competitors. But what impressed me the most was the customer service I received from Trilby at the main counter in Maumee. On a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the best), she would rank an 11+. Her care, follow-up and customer service was fantastic! Being in customer service all my life, she exceeded far beyond most anyone I have encountered in years!

“My moon roof leaked because it was not in the proper position. Water leaked onto my seats, floorboard, and dash. However, I called Jim's Specialty Shop and explained the situation. The worker was able to fit me in the scheduale 2 days later. I took my car in and they worked on it right away. I waited for 30 minutes and the workers came out. They stated that I had 2 options. (1) They repositioned the moon roof to the right height and stated that I could leave it there; or (2) something could be wrong with the control board, motor, etc (it would take hours to figure out) and they could try to fix it. I decided to go with option number 1 and they fixed it! I went back home and it rained that night. Water stopped leaking into my moon roof. They put it back into the right position. I was extremely satisfied with their work and communication. I highly recommend Jim's Specialty Auto Shop if you need work done on your moon roof.”

“We had to have a door replaced due to a collision. Gerber did a GREAT job with it, we couldn't believe it when we saw the new door. You can't even tell anything happened! Fantastic work. My only complaint is how long the repairs took to be completed (twice as long as originally expected), but I'm given to understand the delay was caused by a parts issue. Being in automotive manufacturing, I 100% understand parts shortages etc! A good reminder in the current climate that there may be delays in any kind of repair that are no one's fault.”
