Closes at 4 every single day, definitely switching banks cause how the hell do I get any money out of my bank if I don’t get off work until after 4???

Tried to pull money from the ATM. ATM ran out of money and canceled transaction,didnt give me the money but money was still pulled money from the card anyways. When I went in to complain I got attitude from the manager.
