The place is so packed with junk in the isles can hardly get down them! Then they have expired pricing on the shelves but won't honor the pricing at the register and act like it's the customers fault!! Good customer service would be to honor it then make sure its all down! Or better yet...when the sale ends PULL THE TAGS!! It's not the customers fault you can't do your jobs! This is a classic bait and switch tactic and it's wrong! Of course the manager barely out of her teens was rude and probably is clueless to what bait and switch even means! Never shop there it was close and figured I'd stop in but won't be back!! It's a dump! Besides how do you know what anything costs if they can't price things correctly!?! I will be writing to corporate as well!

Bought a package of Armor thin sliced honey ham dated for May of 2024 that was bad out of the package. No one answering the phone. Just wanted to alert them of a possible problem. Very disappointed in this store. Seemed very disorganized and dirty.

The staff is all really nice. It's just hard to get through the entire store because the place is full of boxed up stock.

I love driving to this store during opening hours and finding all the lights on and doors locked. Sad part is it's not the first time either. I'm sitting in front now and locked! No signs, no warnings. Tried to call phone, no answer. Wasted gas because of sad standards!

Doors locked at 6pm, sign says open till 9pm everyday. Another woman drove up and said it seems like they have been closing early for awhile now. she said she has been here weeks ago and had the same issue. Either someone needs to be let go or someone needs to update the store hours. If you don't have the staff to be open when the signs say you should be open, then you may want to change the signs. Based on a lot of other recent reviews this is an on going problem. I guess all of us will just take our business somewhere else. Goodbye DG

WOW! What a filthy, disorganized, non-helpful staff, aisles FULL of stock carts and LITERAL garbage! This is by FAR, the worst DG I have ever been inside. I expected more from Perrysburg.

Doors locked at 5:15pm on Friday. Lights on. Sign says they should be open. Phone just rings. I’d avoid

The sign says open at 8am and so does the website. I got here at 8:15 and the doors were locked. It's 8:25 and the doors are still locked. Should definitely change the hours on the door and the website if they aren't accurate.

Large product selection, but not well organized. The store is dirty looking. I left without purchasing because I didn't feel comfortable with the atmosphere.

You can practically through a stone in any direction and hit a dollar general, so they are extremely convenient and they mostly have what I need. Although, they do not have very many gluten friendly options.
