I have visited this location many times but I will not be returning again. The customer service during my most recent visit was unacceptable. The woman working was extremely rude and unprofessional while I was inquiring about an order. She was unhelpful and deterred me from coming back.

🍓Had a delivery for my birthday on 6/10.
2 of 4 the strawberries were moldy.
🍫 The chocolate covered strawberries had fingerprints in the chocolate Which indicated they didn’t wear gloves. But prepared the food with their bare hands.
🥬 The 4 leafy green garnish lettuce pieces had mold and little black bugs!!
I called the owner requested a refund to try friends Credit Card.
🚨Instead of Apologizing for delivering moldy produce the Owner Brian complained about how Edible arrangements takes 30% of his profit and that produce prices are outrageous and it’s not his my fault it’s the business!! He continued to complain about gas prices And not having enough staff to deliver orders. He then proceeded to tell me it’s not his problem because he’s closing his doors in about two months and people will get what they get!!

Would give 0 stars if i could. Ordered a fruit basket for mothers day that was supposed to be delivered on saturday 5/10. Wasnt delivered and called the store 25 times the next day with no answer. Unaccaptable.

My online order that advertised delivery within an hour was canceled- when the store called they informed nothing could be delivered that day because they were understaffed. I said that it was a birthday gift and that sucks- and they hung up on me- nice customer service.

Do not use this company. I lost $134.97 Valentine's order and the Better Business Bureau said this: Your Better Business Bureau (BBB) has made several attempts to contact the business regarding your complaint. We regret to inform you that we have not received a response at this time and this case has now been closed. UPDATE - Edible Arrangements Corporate office refunded me after I contacted them directly.

Received an edible arrangement today as a get well. Fruit appeared to be old and soggy. Strawberries were soft and almost spoiled. I notified the sender so they could get a refund.

Wish I would have read these before I ordered. The arrangement I ordered was supposed to be delivered in a beautiful keepsake box. It was actually delivered and on time, however it was on a brown plastic plate with a clear plastic Dome over top. No keepsake box, and the cookies and half white strawberries were scattered all over the plate. When I contacted the Perrysburg, OH Edible Arrangements, the gentleman told me the manager wasn't available but he would try to help. He informed me that they have not been able to get the keepsake boxes for months, ( false advertisement) and the quality of the berries just depends on what they get. Apparently the owner is getting ready to close that location, so he told me don't count on even getting a response. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and they have reached out to them. After reading these reviews I suppose I shouldn't count on them responding to the credit card company either.

I ordered for same-day delivery, and they canceled the order. They still have yet to answer the phone or correct anything at all. I have left voicemails, and I will never order from them again. Best of luck to anybody else

The owner of this franchise whose name is Brian went above and beyond to bring me valentines gifts !! There was a mix up with online ordering and I was very disappointed when I saw my gift from my daughter was canceled.. this was all a huge mistake that had nothing to with Brian or his editable arrangement’s location In perrysburg .. it was an online issue that only corporate could correct .. but they didn’t, so Brian was left with unhappy customers .. he is a really good person and feels terrible about this. He really wanted to deliver beautiful gifts on time!! He came to house after9 pm with his son.. and brought The most elaborate fruit tray I’ve ever seen and even brought me flowers!!

Do not order from here, they will not deliver even if you place an order in advanced, nor will they answer phone call. When they do they are curt. Do yourself a favor and order from someplace else.

I would give 5 stars but everytime my boyfriend order for same day delivery it's not available why offer it if you can't do it very disappointing. I hope they fix this !

WORST Service ever!! BEWARE if you decide to order from this place. Received and order. The order was NOT correct AT ALL. Called the Perrysburg location to get this corrected. Richard pretty much said that it was tough luck and that we needed to contact corporate. So apparently when you pay for a certain product and then just get whatever, the store just expects you to 'DEAL WITH IT".
