It was a breeze just like all the previous times I went there. It was little busy in the morning but what can you expect on a Monday. Everyone handled everything perfectly and got everyone in and out, including myself and I was off for my trip. Vehicle I had did extremely well. The two sales people I had were extremely nice to me. Will definitely do business again there when I need it.

Quit trying to gouge me for excess days and hours you know I didn't use. (frequent corp. renter) . I checked out a car Thus 2-18 at 4:40 pm.... returned on 2-19 at 5:30 pm ( 25 hrs rental) one day and within your grace period. My bill was $92.00 with a charge for 3 gallons of gas??? I returned the Camry with exactly the same amount of gas , clean, and ready to rent again on Sat. morning. The bill was fixed from my call but the women acted like she was doing me some big favor.... cut it out, Enterprise shouldn't try to scam customers... Be better. Rental agreement 3F9PC4

After our own insurance company not willing to work with us as far as covering our rental, Chris and Edward at Enterprise (Perrysburg location) went ABOVE and beyond to help us out. Even after embarrassingly yelling at Edward over the phone when he was just doing his job lol he remained professional and polite! Sorry Edward lol Chris was our saving angel in this situation and quite honestly probably deserves a raise after this case! In all seriousness, cannot thank Chris enough for helping my husband out when we were in a bind! Truly great employees!

Staff was polite and friendly. The car I received was disappointing to say the least. Stains on the seats and marker on the headliner. 50 miles was all I could handle with this death trap.

I rented a Kia Sportage at Enterprise in a different location to drive to Syracuse New York and back but later found out the rear tailgate door would not open and the airbag light was flashing. I was near Perrysburg at the time so they recommended I take it to the Perrysburg location to trade in. I was helped by Kevin, great guy, who had a Toyota 4Runner, a more expensive rental, then he gave me a straight across trade at no extra charge. Thank you Kevin, for your kindness. I highly recommend this place.

This is pertaining to the Enterprise in Maumee on Conant not the Enterprise in Perrysburg on Eckle Junction. I reserved a vehicle on Wendsday July 19 at 9:00 A.M. I will be upfront and truthful I was late picking up the vehicle. Per Enterprise policy in order for any Enterprise employee to "pick you up" you have to request it 24 hours ahead of time.. My alternator in my vehicle went bad so I changed it out before I drove to the Maumee location.. To my avail an employee rented out my rental to another customer. No one from Enterprise ever called me to see if I was ok or still renting their vehicle. I was given an opportunity to rent another vehicle at 3:00 P.M. that same day. When I called to verify my 3:00 rental, I was hung up on two times. I decided to go to the Enterprise in Perrysburg, Oh. Rob took great care of me... he was able to put me into a vehicle and got me on the road in no time. On Monday July, 24TH I decided to give the Enterprise in Maumee, Oh on Conant another chance. I entered the building to check in to receive my rental. At that time I asked the three employees who rented my vehicle to another person on July 19Th one particular employee (james) began getting loud and baligerant. I realized he was the guilty party. The guy that was helping us at the counter said " lets go get your rental looked at" I walked away along with my girlfriend. At that time "zay" another employee ran behind us and said " if you have a problem you can rent from a different location." We didn't even acknowledge him so he got upset and told the employee that was helping us to "pull the keys." We went over to the Perrysburg, Oh location and I was in a vehicle in 20 minutes. Within the hour the area manager for Enterprise called and asked me what happened at the Maumee location. I told him exactly what happened to the T. The area manager (chris) already had his mind made up. He told me he is placing me on a 'do not rent' list, because he was told I was pointing,screaming, cussing, and had a loud toan. All I asked was who rented my vehicle out last Wednesday. They got offended and it became personal. I told chris this is an easy fix. I asked him to review the cameras. He told me he wouldnt because he is going to believe his team over anybody. To add insult to injury the area manager (chris) said that his whole team felt threatened because my girlfriend had an open carry CCW. Thats very odd because zay ran after Me, my girlfriend and the other guy to tell us we can go to another location. Does that look like fear to me ? DO NOT RENT FROM THE ENTERPRISE ON CONANT IN MAUMEE OH.!!!! Unfortunately chris is the area manager for Perrysburg also. But that team is great! ! In closing, I offered chris that whatever it cost to retrain his Maumee team I am willing to pay for it out of my own pocket. I don't want any customers to feel the way me and my girlfriend felt today, unfortunately he declined.

I had a reservation set through my insurance company in May, and when they called to verify, I confirmed I would be there first thing in the morning. The day to drop off my vehicle comes (July), and the site said they would send someone as soon as possible to pick me up. After waiting 30 minutes, I called back, and they explained they thought I was coming at 9:30 am, despite not performing a next-day call to confirm my appointment, and that they did not have a vehicle for me but would send someone as soon as they could. After another 30 minutes, I had to call AGAIN for them to confirm they still did not have a single car to get me in or pick me up; they might have something tomorrow. Therefore, they left a pregnant woman alone at the body shop without communication about when or if I would have a car. My husband had to take the day off work to pick me up, and luckily we could get a car somewhere else. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I worked for Enterprise for about three years and knew that treating a customer this way was unacceptable.
