I came here to check the reviews and they only confirmed my concerns. My package has been at this warehouse for almost four days and has not been scanned again. It has missed its expected delivery date. FedEx claims this is a normal wait time for a package to just sit in a warehouse, but it seems like it might have been lost or stolen, and they are just biding their time. They refuse to to put a tracer on my package to try to locate it. All I would like is for my package to be scanned so I can confirm it is still in their possession.

How does a company with GPS and claim they are a 5 star company but losses my companies Merchandise. Then just tell me they closed the case. You guys are worthless, you might have closed the cased but believe me my attorney is reopening it.

3 hours away, my package was supposed to have next day delivery. Arrived at this location at 8am. Departed location at 10pm. It does not take almost 24 hours to drive to my towns distribution center. Now its saying delayed with zero transit updates since then. Not cool, its not a cheap item so im worried it got "lost"!

The distribution center in Perrysburg really helped me out. I was able to pick up a package that the drivers are apparently unable to deliver.

FedEx is terrible. I've been waiting on my package since 8am this morning and it is now almost 9 and all I'm getting is that it's on its way. The last time I had something delivered the driver just dropped it off with no notification. I just happened to be looking out the window and saw him. I live in a area where porch pirates are good for stealing packages off the porch so I'm waiting to keep that from happening. They close at 8pm and so now I don't know whether to continue to wait or start over at 8am tomorrow. The package is supposed to be delivered today. If I have to have anything else delivered by FedEx I will not order anything. Never again.

It's required to read English, Write English and speak English to work for FedEx especially in AMERICA and when you use a zebra LRT it tells yous exactly where to deliver the package how do you mess up so bad.... literally incompetent people this company will hire.
So if your dumber then a box of rocks you have a job at FEDEX.

You have a logistics team that a multi million dollar company, that needs to contact me immediately.
I will be following a complaint with the perrysburg location and corporate office of the region.
And I expect people to not work for your company because it shows pure laziness, poor customer service and the biggest it shows they can't read/write English.

Clean and organized when I worked there, but that was in 2018. Things may have changed since then. Otherwise I would rate my work experience there as 2.5.

I shipped myself 3 packages from NYC for my business. 2 of the 3 boxes arrived as shipped. 3rd and most important package with our fashion samples for a customer sales meeting, was left on the trailer and taken back to Maspeth,NY instead of being unloaded with the other two boxes.
I have contacted the hub directly and have gotten the typical NOT MY JOB response. Fed Ex mployees lied, right from the start, saying the box never arrived when tracking shows it was there. Furthermore I put an Apple Airtag in each of the three boxes. The airtag shows the same location and arrival time, then departure heading back east again. @fedex this is not only a service failure but also horrible business. Fed Ex charges the highest rates in the business. Fed Ex and their employees take a stance of zero responsibility. Customer service is none existent at this point...currently opening a UPS business account and DHL business account.
