I’m extremely disappointed by the unprofessional and rude behavior I experienced from one of the managers at this FedEx location. Instead of listening to what I saw as inconsistent treatment of customers, the manager (Kristal) was dismissive, curt, and spoke in a condescending tone. It’s unfortunate when someone in a leadership role treats customers with such disregard — especially in a service-driven environment where respect and communication should be a priority. I will admit, she’s definitely used to be “nice nasty”!

The staff are always friendly and helpful. They even offered me some complementary tape, unlike the USPS who will only sell you a whole role of tape just to use one piece. Most of the one star reviews for this location are directed at FedEx deliveries, which this store is not responsible for.

I needed some high end copies and some laminated pictures. The ladies at the store were very helpful and also put up with a fussy old man, me, kudos for all their help and patience. Highly recommend.

I had something printed and due to the hardware it needed to be finished at another location. Krystal went out of her way to make sure I got it the next day. Everyone working was very kind and helpful with my other print needs as well.

Called & Spoke with a woman named Sydni she told me I would be able to pick up my package at The Fedex Ground Since it was delayed (100 J St Perrysburg Ohio) Even gave her the tracking number to verify. Drove all the way out there, Had to call customer service for them to look for the package, Just for them to tell me my package isn’t ready for pick-up😒

Absolutely terrible. Just needed to print a couple things. Computer wasn't working. Two employees hiding in the back. Had to call for them a few times to get them to come out and tell me to just use the tablet. No real instruction on how to do so. Kept getting told that I'd get an email with a code. Tried asking a couple times how it's supposed to send me an email if it hasn't given me an option to enter one, but they just kept interrupting me and telling me I'd receive a code. Absolutely nasty people. Sorry I had to make them come out of their hole to actually do their job

Kitty is amazing!!! Im a big, dumb, lumbering animal when it comes to doing...well, anything actually!I was having a major challenge getting a return label printed and she went above and beyond to make it happen!!!

I have had a package sitting at Perrysburg Ohio Fedex for four day's. it's only 30 minutes from my location. Im going to try and pick it up myself tomorrow.

First, I would like to point out that I am giving feedback on the store in Perrysburg and not the Hub as people seem to get those two confused. Our whole Company (Hulcher) utilizes FedEx for our shipping needs! This visit I was assisted by Meagan. Also, had conversation with Sydni. There customer service is AMAZING!!!! She was very efficient and created my label in timely manner!!!! Really enjoyed my conversation w/ Meagan and Sydni ! Made my day and were awesomely friendly !!!!! Really appreciate all the effort being made by these employees to make everyone's experience non-frustrating & great ! Thanks again Girls, see you at my next shipment !!!
