“I felt nervous going here for the first time because it was so busy and I am not used to having about seven cars behind me waiting to use the pump as well. It does require a membership card to be able to use the pump. Most of the lines seem to move fairly quickly. There is quite often a tanker truck at the station putting more fuel in because so many people use the pumps.”

“I have been to a lot of Kroger Fuel Centers over the last few years. I was having trouble with the pump dispensing the gasoline. The attendant actually came out of the booth to fix the problem. He was very friendly and I was very grateful and impressed by his helpfulness.”

“I visited this Shell Station for the first time and was very impressed. At the time, the price of gas was lower than most stations in the area. Then once I added my Fuel Rewards number, the price of gas went even lower. Thank you! :) The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was clean and secure. I will definitely go back again.”

“I love speedway, get there at 5am, fresh Krispy Cream donuts. I like their big bites hot dogs with the free chili and cheese and nachos. I love the ice coffee, I like to mix it with the Frappuccino, I can't drink it and eat donuts anymore because I'm a diabetic. But I definitely got that big bite with onion, mustard, chili and cheese, it's still the same not disappointed!! Being diabetic, cut out a lot of fast food eating and drinking. Sorry to disappoint anyone ? I love giving reviews!”

“Lots of parking for weary travelers needing a nap or pit stop patrons. Dog park near entrance when drove in. Plenty of snacks and typical Loves needs for customers available. Clean bathroom is a norm I appreciate when on long road trips.A little difficulty at the pump. Took a bit to get going digitally. Otherwise, trash bins empty and plenty of washer fluid.I’ll be back ?”

“I stop here at least every other day...if not every day, since probably 2008. Not once have I ever had a bad experience. When Todd managed the store we became friends. We talked about our Healthcare issues, sports etc.... really felt like it was a "gas station" from the old days where people would know each other and as they say..."shoot the bull" Now that Allie (hope I spelled it right) is managing.... it's still the same Ole friendly place. Her and Megan run a great shift and it's actually fun to stop and "shoot the bull" with these two. We have had alot of laughs over the course of time. DO NOT interfere with that type of "neighborhood" feel. There are a couple things I would change.....you need to add another "coffee" machine. I would like to see more than 5 flavors to choose from. You have the space. I would also like to see a "digital" price sign. Reason? Eyes are getting weaker, can't see as well. You can also."dim" that sign so that it's visible to a driver going by but will not Interfere with the residents in the area. Thanks for the time.”

“Have been stopping in here for gas between Chicago and Cleveland for over 10 yrs. Gas prices usually same or lower as others. Plus it is the best location for filling up and getting back on the turnpike! The easiest for sure! Clean inside, typical food selections. Try it”

“I can't get over the marvelous renovations done in the restaurant, "Fork and Compass". The menu is great, food is great and as a long-haul trucker, it is such a pleasant change of pace to come to a truck stop that doesn't feel and look like a truck stop. Everyone is friendly. “Ash is the sweetest most helpful employee. I spent over an hour here on my way home as my phone was going to die. Ash was very patient with me in helping me find a cord I tried 3 different ones. When I told Ash I looked into it and it needed to be cleaned she gave me a paper clip & towel and told me a trick that actually worked and I’m now safely back on the road headed home at 3am.”

“Highly recommend this truck stop over the rest nearby especially if you have laundry to do. Room is exacactly what it should be, best in America I seen, clean top loaders that work great dryers that work great a hige tv and chairs to relax in and watch. Not to mention this morning I was there late night and the staff was amazing! Was a great experience especially after I exhausted my whole 14 hr clock. Great job!”

However there’s a new girl with braids who says she’s an assistant manager. her behavior does not represent anyone who should be in management, she is extremely rude to her workers. The last time I was in I overheard her calling one of them stupid for wanting to sweep and do his job? it’s very unprofessional and disgusting behavior to see as a customer. other then that everyone else is super helpful and nice!”

“their service was great! i must have hit something and popped a hole in my tire. i was able to get a donut on to get it to the shop. i walked in the door and they immediately sent me around the back. Eli asked if the tire was in the trunk, grabbed it, and started working on patching it. no questions asked. he fixed it up and put the tire back on in about 15 minutes, then sent me on my way. didn't even ask for payment! i went back to the front desk just for them to say that any payment was to go through Eli, and he said i was all good. it must have just been such a simple job that he wasn't worried about it! i am very very grateful that he was so kind and generous to fix me up so quickly and for nothing. there are some really great people out there, and Eli is one of them.”
