The store is organized well, kept clean, and easy to find things. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, nice, professional, flexible, and attentive. They offer excellent service, including recommendations, pre-orders, and email notifications for new arrivals. The store also supports local authors and hosts events like book signings.
