Showed up at 5:45pm on Saturday and there was no one there and it said on the door they are open until 6pm...was bummed I made the trip.

Turning off the lights on customers at 7:55 when your store clearly states you're open until 8 is extremely dangerous and rude. The intercom pages about the store closing were sufficient.

How can a place continue to employ the rudest man I've ever met? (Always there, caucasian, mid height and build, 20's?) The reviews are the same- no help, terrible attitude, etc. I avoid donating here because of him. Read reviews Goodwill. In mean time I go out of my way to salvation army to donate.

Dropped off many items in great shape and was treated like dirt for no apparent reason. Will not be donating here again.

Worst experience every today around 230p, person at the store threw stuff back at me and the items hit me, then proceed to yell at me. All over a stroller that 2 other stores said they would accept, and guess what I also have donated 2 others as well before Worst company and experience I have every had - I would rather trash my items then donate them to goodwill after this experience!!!

To be a new store it is horrible. No stock and employees seem to not know what they are doing.. A lot of them are just standing around.

Terrible, rude and unhelpful staff
Employee was on his cellphone/ Personal call while working. Didn’t help me at all. Very rude acts like he hates his job so maybe get a new one ?
Asked if they had a trash his response was “not for you”
Highly don’t recommend this place

Literally the rudest staff ever; I've never seen someone have such a bad attitude while working at a literal donation center. Do better. Will never be back.

Lousy service, employee attitude. No help with awkward or heavy donations. One star is too high of a rating.Returned there 4 days later…improved service and help with my donations were a pleasant surprise. My rating for today is a four.

I usually have very positive experiences with goodwill donation centers, sadly cant say the same with this location. Employee was very unpleasant and acted like you were bothering him if you tried to talk. Just was sitting at the desk, didn't even offer to help carry donations. The sylvania location is 100000 times better!!

I provide donations 2-3 times per year to this Goodwill Donation Station in Perrysburg, Ohio. Overall, my experience has been positive. This time, I witnessed 3 different people, not including myself, reach for the door in the morning after the posted opening time to no avail. I waited about 30 minutes before the door was unlocked, and someone was available to take my donations.
