  I've tried a couple times now...being a benefit of the doubt kinda person. Every time I walked out unhappy. Always different stylist. My son and I both went. My cut not close to what I wanted, and although my sons turned out nice he was met with insults by his his stylist. Asked if he was having a midlife crisis because of the style he chose, not a bad comment if both side are on board but she was quite rude with it. Im done here. Pics are of bangs i wanted and what I got. 🤦‍♀️

  I am very disappointed with the service I had received today. The stylist seemed like he was in a rush and didn’t really let me explain what I wanted done. Went in to get my hair cut short and face framed but then he told me what he was gonna do and trimmed it instead of letting me tell him the length I wanted. I wasted $20 for nothing.

  I had checked in on line and had only a short wait. I am sorry I do not remember the stylist name but she did a great job, nice and short for these hot summer days. Probably one of the best hair cuts I have experienced at Great Clips!

  My boyfriend went and got his hair cut today and asked for a bald fade #3 on top and #1 on sides into a skin fade.
  Well not sure how he didn’t feel it but he got cut on the face. Another thing is this wasn’t a bald fade he was given. This looks like a #2 blade on top and a #1 on the sides nothing else. The bottom of his head should have been faded to complete bald but wasn’t and even if that was supposed to be this way they didn’t clean up his edges at the bottom. Definitely will be going somewhere else

  I have been going there for a few years now and have been pretty satisfied! Yesterday (6/10/25) I went to get a little different cut with more layers… I left the salon with my hair wet and didn’t realize the damage she did to my hair until later the evening! This girl butchered my hair so badly I couldn’t do a thing with it… instead of giving me what I asked for, I looked like a poodle.. the only layers I had were at the top of my head! I wish who ever is charge that they please train these beauticians to cut hair! I will never step foot in another of of these places ever again! I paid 24.00 plus a 5.00 tip the had to have a professional fix it at another cost!

  Absolutely butchered my bangs, said I wanted them lightened up, not thinned to look like a sick Victorian child. Honestly if you can’t cut a basic fringe bang you shouldn’t be cutting hair 🤷‍♀️ added photos of before going in (first pic grown out bangs) what I wanted them cut (second pic after fresh trim) and what I received lmaooooo

  Walked in ( like a normal person would ) 3 hairstylist just got done 1 customer sitting but couldn't get a cut because online ( not normal ) people wasn't there . I probably could have my hair cut before the online people showed up . So you just turn away a customer. Why can't us normal people get a hair cut without a phone # or online B.S. ? ? ? ?

  On 5/23/24 Jessica gave me exceptional service on a re-do haircut that another stylist at a different location botched badly.
  Jessica was professional, and went above and beyond to correct my hair and even styled it afterward. Thank you Jessica, you rescued my botched hair and gave me a style I can feel good about.

  I've gone here twice within the past week and they had closed early both times. Like, a few hours early.
  Been to this location many times in the past with no issues and never encountered them closed during normal, posted business hours. Perhaps they are short staffed or under new management. ?
