“Visiting Toledo this weekend, I wanted to check out the Local Game Stores. As an LGS owner myself in a different part of the country. It's always nice to see what people are doing in other parts of our industry.
Upon entering, me and my girlfriend were quickly welcomed and asked if we needed any assistance. Always a plus.
They have a great selection of sealed TCG products in all different price ranges. The variety is a nice sight to see as both a player and collector.
They also carry a wide variety of board games and RPG material. Definitely the most in the area.
As we were walking around taking in the neat space they have. We met more of the kind staff and of course Ken! Always happy to meet someone in the industry that is passionate about what they're doing and able to admit when things aren't always perfect.
We always want to support Local Game Stores everywhere we go and we make sure to try and buy at least one thing while we're there. We purchased an old Psyduck Pokemon card to add to our master collection of Psyducks! One more down! Too many to go!
The only complaint we had is that we were only in town for the weekend. Ken deserves the local support.”

“One of the few craft stores in the area, and nits got most of what you need. Free online order for pickup is great. Self-checkout lanes expedite the checkout process, but have also replaced jobs :/.”
“i went in to get a few balloons for my daughter’s party & there was a woman who was working the front counter all by herself (4/18 3:30p) I didn’t catch her name but she was FABULOUS. not only was she working alone but she was juggling multiple customers needs because most of them were elderly & were not comfortable with using the self check out. she was attentive to each customer individually, apologized for the wait as there were about 7 customers lined up. unfortunately her coworker didn’t assist her at all which i felt was very unprofessional the coworker however did make a comment on how many people were waiting but didn’t actually do anything to help. the employee was smiling & patient with each customer despite the fact that she was alone. i haven’t seen good customer service like this in a quite awhile she deserves some praise because that could not have been easy she also kept reassuring customers that she would be with them shortly & apologizing for the wait.”

“I have been going there for the past 4 to 5 years and Howard that owns the place I sat down and talked with him, and we have fun together talking over our buoyants in our coins. It makes the experience more fun and it makes it more of a hobby. An expensive hobby, but is a really good person, and we'll take care of you. He doesn't beat around the Bush, he'd tell ya. Jack, what's the coin's worth?And if you don't want to sell it tone, it is no problem, just put it back in your box noise.Great price , though , that's the only place I go to thank you.”
“My son and I came in to Michaels yesterday inquiring of some party ideas for his sisters and my daughters acceptance into the college of her choice. Annelise not only helped us, but went WAY BEYOND her job description and helped blow every last balloon for us as well as bagging and giving all the extra excellent customer service we could have only wished for! Please commend her and give her a raise! Will highly recommend this location :)”

“The store had congestion in certain aisles. Then it was like everyone was checking out all at once. They were able to open enough registers to get the lines out.Thanks to the staff there.”
