Shopped at the Floral Dept. at the Perrysburg Kroger. They had a very nice selection of both live plants and fresh cut flowers. I was specifically looking for succulents. Selection was a little thin for this variety at the time, but found two nice plants that fit my shopping need. (thats why i could only give 4 ⭐️'s) Good prices.

I understand that we should all feel thankful that you have enough staff to even open your store, but your customer service is abysmal. Our grocery bill used to run $120 a week and last Sunday I brought 6 very poorly packed Clicklist bags in my house and spent almost $200 for bread that was crushed and still had to come back into the store for the items that were “out of stock” an hour before. Then today, I sat in the drive thru line for almost half an hour for “Trish” to tell me the drive through closes at 7:00 when she could clearly see the line I sat in if she’d bothered looking out the window. I pulled up at 7:03. I then had to park and go in the store for the exact same employee to help me. Does that make any sense to anyone else? We probably spend $1000 a month in your store and compare to others I’m sure our bill is low. Do better, Kroger.

The employee was so rude I wanted to leave but I needed the balloons for a friend.

I have ordered 2 corsages so far and they are just beautiful. The people are so nice and I get exactly what I ask for! I even ask for ribbon and glitter. Flowers are fresh and better than most independent florists. Highly recommend!

The click list is terrible. Equipment does not work. I order this way so I don't have to go in and possibly be exposed to a deadly disease and everytime your Equipment to process payment is broken therefore I have no choice but to go in and pay for my elderly mothers groceries. Get home and have stuff that was not ordered, missing things we did order. Order two small bags of romaine lettuce for my mother and she gets the biggest bags they have. How is a 74 year old gonna eat all that before it expires. Also, received items out of date. Never shopping there again.

The restructuring of the clicklist pickup line is asinine, and the now-commonplace 45 min wait after sign-in is beyond ridiculous. No one has time for that. Might want to also teach some manners and customer service to the associates. For these reasons, I am out. A once loyal customer, I am taking my business elsewhere.

Normally, the Perrysburg Kroger does have nice fish/seafood, however...
