I never been to this pharmacy before a d I see why called and asked for help for directions was talked to harshly and hung up the phone on me
I would not recommend this location the lead pharmacist obviously do not know better than his techs working under him very poor customer service

Had to get 2 vaccines. Made an appointment and they were SO slow. No sense of urgency at all. No one smiling or people friendly. The wait is too long.

I had multiple issues at this Kroger pharmacy location. They only gave me four out of the six medications my needed after surgery. Things got worse after that. There is a severe lack of communication and intelligence at this location. I will not be returning.

Wish I could give zero Stars the only reason I go here is because I live across the road. I'm standing in line waiting for my prescription. Had been in line for about 10 minutes. When my turn comes I walk up to the desk and they close the gate right in front of me. They tell me it's lunch time. They could have told me that when they saw me standing in line waiting that they wouldn't have time to serve me and there was no one else behind me. But no they let me wait and then quite rudely closed the gate in my face.

Terrible service, the staff has no sense of urgency, was in line of 3 for 10mins, got up there and her prescription wasn’t ready after being called in 25 June 10 days ago. I just don’t seem to care.

Terrible pharmacy now. Used this pharmacy for probably over 16 or 17 years. The last 5-6 years have been a nightmare. The pharmacists are constantly rude as hell. Most of the techs are decent people, but there are a few that are infuriating to deal with. Constantly screwed up my prescriptions, constantly caused problems and didn't make the calls they needed to. Had to deal with a pharmacist 3 times when trying to refill a medication because for the very first time in nearly 2 decades, I lost one of my prescription bottles and needed the refill, and the pharmacist kept being incredibly rude, telling me it's too early for a refill when my doctor literally okay'd it twice and eventually had to call them to argue with them over it. Just as a side note - only had a narcotic prescription once years ago, so it's not like I was trying to get over on them for any reason like that. Finally said screw it and moved over to the Walmart pharmacy about two weeks ago. I don't understand what happened in the past couple of years, but it has been an infuriating headache time and time again. Things were fine for over 10 years before that.

The best experience at the little clinic, they got me taken care of within 20 minutes for a Strep test. Carolyn the pharmacy tech is amazing!!! i'll never go to urgent care again. The lady at the little clinic was so fast and efficient, i've never had better patient pharmacy care all in one. Amazing!

Always a long line. Never good service. I’ve also had them refill prescriptions I’m no longer prescribed and not have the current correct prescription ready. Absolute chaos here would not recommend!

Slow slow slow. 2 lane drive thru that has only one lane for 5 years. Inside window, just 1. Sometimes same person working both.

There needs to be more staff at peak times. Waiting 40-50 minutes in the drive thru line or 30-40 minutes inside is ridiculous. Having a second drive thru that is never operational doesn't seem ideal either. Kroger you're a multi-billion dollar company. Hire more people

I have always had a good experience with his pharmacy both in person and when I call. They have had shortages of medications sometimes, but that has also affected other area pharmacies and isn't unique to this location. The staff has been helpful with finding the lowest cost options when generic brands can be used.

I can not believe they close the pharmacy from 1pm to 1:30pm daily. That is bull schiff. What next? Will they also close so they can take breaks? So much for customer service.

Every time I call this pharmacy the staff sounds irritated or bothered by the fact I need service. It doesn't hurt to be kind. I don't want to talk to them either, but at least im polite on the phone.
