The girls that work here always answer my questions. And they get really busy, still do a good job. Can believe its rated so low.

I can not believe they close the pharmacy from 1pm to 1:30pm daily. That is bull schiff. What next? Will they also close so they can take breaks? So much for customer service.

Every time I call this pharmacy the staff sounds irritated or bothered by the fact I need service. It doesn't hurt to be kind. I don't want to talk to them either, but at least im polite on the phone.

Despite reading all the poor reviews, I tend to think it's just entitled people complaining with no real reason. I went to get my prescriptions today (I don't get prescriptions often). They told me it had to be ordered, and it would arrive by 11 am the next day, but to also give them time to unpack it so return around 4 pm for pickup. Did as instructed, and it was all ready to go. They processed my goodRX code to save almost 60% off list price with no issue. In and out. Easy. Rochelle is a straight shooter, so if you're a softie, you may get easily offended. I also had a younger woman who was very kind and talkative. Overall, both women were polite and did a great job.

I asked if they had my meds in stock, told them I need the name brand. My insurance covers the name brand and I've always gotten the same brand. The rude pharmacy tech, resting B face the whole time checks and tells me they have name brand in stock. Then the double check to make sure they have enough of my meds to fill the script. So, twice she checked. Hour later I'm in line to pick up my meds when I get a call telling me that they don't have any of the name brand in stock..... You checked, twice!!!.... Then I asked for my script back to go to another pharmacy ( like Kroger's in Bowling Green, best pharmacy, best staff by far ) and when I'm given my script back they told me next time tell the Dr to write it in the script. It was written on the script, also said PAWs. Rude staff, bad experience. No wonder there are so many one star reviews.

Never has medication in stock, prescriptions are never ready when they’re supposed to be, and poor customer service. This has been an ongoing issue for years. Who ever manages this pharmacy is very incompetent.

Called Friday, told to call back Monday and they would fill my meds. I called today and they cannot get my prescription filled because they don't have my meds

Unhelpful staff lacking important knowledge. I went to the pharmacy counter to purchase tampons and eyedrops. I had planned on using my HSA card to purchase and the employee told me I couldn’t use that form of payment. Called another employee over to verify and they basically laughed at me and also told me I couldn’t use it. I researched what products I could purchase with the card before I came to the store. So I just went through the regular check out where I was able to use my HSA card.

I used to be solely Kroger loyal. Once the Kroger at Southland closed years ago, I transferred to this pharmacy. This Kroger on Reynolds deserves 0 stars.I had several prescriptions and they ALWAYS had me do their central fill where they have the prescriptions filled off site and delivered the next day so they wouldn't have to do it in store. However, prescriptions I got every month for years, I would be told that they didn't have it in stock and would have to order. Come to find out they had listed their inventory to be 0 for the med so it never reordered when they ran out.The staff was rude, and mean and laughed by making fun of me with their comments every time I came in about the number of prescriptions I was picking up. While several of these medications were several thousands of dollars EACH. When I decided on finally transferring, the pharmacist at the time was made aware of how much my medication actually was contributing to them each month. He tried to get me to stay ( due to their financial gain, but knowing full well how awful the staff acted.).I had met with the pharmacists several times and told them about my issues. The staff rudeness, not answering their phone, not realizing that I was disabled and needed to actually use the drive thru for mobility reasons because going in you're liable to be standing there well over 45 min- hour. And one of the major constant ones was that I, the customer, had to tell them how to bill my meds in their system because they did it incorrectly so often I had learned what needed to be done.I have since transferred to mail order and the friendly staff at the Rite Aid at Reynolds and Heatherdowns- a stones throw away from here. It's a night and day difference.I had to return to Kroger recently and get my Flu vaccines, etc. Printed out for my doctors. To tell you the unprofessionalism I had that day would be an understatement. The staff ended up pulling my profile as I was LEAVING ,and had all I came for, and I heard him discussing me and my meds with a pharmacy technician so loud I heard it down the aisle on the way out the store. My medication profile wasn't even needed in this interaction. It was just a print request for services rendered for the vaccines. Please consider going elsewhere.

If I had a dollar for everytime they said my meds were ready and then apon arriving they weren't, I'd be rich. They are very rude too. Wish there was a zero star option.

Would literally give 0 stars if I could honestly. Everytime I have to refill a prescription they don't have it ready. I had mine put in this morning at 11am and even at 6pm today they didn't do it. Mind you I was told it would be ready by 1:30pm today. I also always get asked to come back the next day. Save the time and frustration and go somewhere else. I know I will be. Most unprofessional and dysfunctional pharmacy I've ever dealt with in my life?. And if you can avoid one of the employees Rochelle please do it. She is very rude everytime she services me and gives me hassle about my insurance.

Kroger Rx dropped my prescription insurance & never sent a notification - paper or electronic, to make me aware of the change. I was not notified until the very day I needed an antibiotic filled. MULTIPLE SCRIPTS HAD TO BE TRANSFERRED TO A PHARMACY NOT NEAR MY HOME.

Terrible service. They never have prescriptions ready (even ones called in from an emergency room). If the prescription isn't ready the only solution is to "come back tomorrow". The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to.

Worst experience I’ve had at a pharmacy. Rochelle was curt from the start and incredibly rude when I couldn’t hear her and didn’t understand a question. Will be switching to Meijer Pharmacy after this experience.

This place is horrible. Cannot fill my medication because they are to busy. Ridiculous. Doctors prescribe those medications for a reason. Your job and duty is to fill them. This is not acceptable.
