Always fresh food and great selection of everything you may need for cooking and entertaining! I do wish some more of the self checkout lanes were open later at night but not a huge deal. Everyone is always super friendly and tons of great discounts with the Kroger card as well.

I prefer Kroger for quality food products. But the Self Checkout with the conveyor is very poor. I understand that there is shoplifting of groceries this is trying to prevent but the technology in place right now is very frustrating and slow.

Stopped shopping at Meijer because Kroger has a better selection and prices. But after waiting in line to cash out for a half hour because there was only one manned cash register open. This has happened several times. Yes I could have done the self check out, but I noticed alot of the stores on sale items don't ring up the sale prices when you do it yourself. You sure have alot of managers walking around doing nothing and your bag personel are bagging groceries at the self check out or standing around talk to each other.
I feel your trying to force people to self checkout. If you want that so bad then give a discount. I think Meijers tried that too. But now they have employees at the registers. This happened Wednesday morning around 10am. April 24, 24

This Kroger sucks I was walking down a isle and tripped over a hard plastic strip that came from the chip rack which was laying hung into the middle of the isle, it almost stabbed me in my foot I had flip flops on. I told a cashier about it and her only response was “well im new” oh and the three bag boys were just standing there talking about there dads truck.. come on get it together cause if I would have been hurt I would have missed work and sued you guys.

Overall, it was a great experience. I always wonder why all the stores are not laid out the same. It would save time and frustration when you shop at a different store from your usual store. Why is the chili not with the soup??

WHO PUTS THE FROZEN FOOD SECTION IN THE MIDDLE OF A STORE.... they do have a liquor stop in there but it's hiding around a corner but also towards the middle somehow...it's just truly baffling to be discombobulated by a grocery store layout

Have had problems with deals and sales here multiple times they try to force digital coupons all the time often specifying in small type so that you get held up at the checkout and decide its not worth it. Often only one cashier open sometimes just the self checkouts as they have been trying to use less and less labor and instead expect customers to make up for it although id rather avoid the interaction with the employees anyways. Usually has a great selection and they do have decent deals occasionally on some common things or their clearance.
