Movie Theatre was very outdated (i.e. seats did not recline, arm rests were plastic, no tables, and no seat heat). Additionally, the screen itself seemed of low quality, it was in just in a HD theatre but it still seemed of lower quality than I have seen at other Cinemarks. We went to a 4:55 pm showing of "We Live In Time" and our row specifically had clearly not been cleaned. There was a spilled drink of some sort which made the floor extremely slippery and dirty napkins in the cupholder of my seat. Staff was extremely helpful at the concession stand and quick as well. There was nobody waiting to clean our theatre after our movie, which I am used to seeing, so it could have just been staffing issues.

Was not able to watch a movie here, but walked in and checked the atmosphere, looks good

Clean, usually not a ton of events and stuff at this one but you can walk there straight from the bar next door which makes it a lot easier to stomach whatever slop you're going to so

Excellent theater! Always clean, staff is friendly and they get you through the concessions line fairly quick

I love coming here watching movies really nice food kind of pricey not being rude or trying to offend anybody but talking to some of the employees... I'm afraid to say ma'am or sir?????? I'm confused Politically speaking? and in MENS bathroom t.p despenser wayyyyy..2 close to toilet!!!?

I was really surprised at how outdated this Theatre is , being that it is within a very upscale outdoor mall. Even though the theater was clean, I was disappointed that there were no reclining seats.. the theater itself is just outdated. Rugs are not clean , stained and musty and the bathrooms were not kept up.
I think that theater, in order to keep up with the upscale environment, needs a BIG updating… bring in reclining seats. ?

6.00 for a bottle of water is insane. Bath rooms needed serious attention.
