I am a female. I drive a pickup truck. Double whammy. LOL I don't usually get a lot of respect when I go to places when I am in need of service. I went to Midas for one thing and they were able to help me in many other ways. They were honest and didn't overcharge me. They didn't try to upsell me on things I knew I didn't need. Honesty and fairness goes a long way in my book. I will be back and highly recommend this location.

Did a simple oil change on my BRAND NEW dodge truck and mess it up oil leak out 4 to 5 hours bone dry then they wouldn't make it RIGHT.

Fast and friendly service! They have a large waiting area with Wi-Fi, Water bottles, and coffee. I was able to work on my laptop while I waited. They were honest in telling me that I did not need four new tires when another place told me they were in poor condition.

My husband booked an oil change during his lunch break today. He was in a block of 12-2, which is unusual in our experience. They didn't take his car back until almost 2pm, and they took an hour to complete the oil change. I have changed my own oil in less time, and I don't even have the set up to do it efficiently.
He missed work due to this and was very late to a meeting. Why schedule appointments if you can't complete them in an efficient amount of time? You should do walk-ins only so you don't give the illusion that simple services can be completed during a lunch hour.

Cannot thank Matt and his team at this location enough! My very old car broke down 4 hours from home and I was staring down a very pricey repair bill to get home. I asked Matt if he could find a workable, but safe solution to get me home and he delivered! He went above and beyond to make this work for me and I couldn’t be more thankful! High recommend!

I brought my van in to have the alignment and suspension checked for wear. They informed me and showed me that I had no issues with either. No adjustments or replacement parts needed. They didn’t charge me anything! I will be back again.
