This place is a joke I left the office and told them that I would not be back I have been in my back up pair of glasses for almost a month now and everytime I would call to see if Mt glasses where in it was a different excuse I highly recommend that this place gets shut down when Dr Brody ran the practice their where no problems but as soon as my eye doctor took over nothing but problems

Went there to get prescription filled for glasses and Contacts. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Even gave me discounts that made it more affordable . We were joking around and had a good laugh . The staff was awesome ?

Tommie, thank you for helping me through the process of picking out my frames. It's the 1st time I've ordered the same day as my appt. You provided me just enough input and kept it stress free. Thank you so much, You Rock.Dr Disalvo, thank you for your patience with me and all my questions. I appreciate you going the extra mile to help me try out contacts for the 1st time. Your passion to help people shows.The rest of the staff, thank you for the fun energy. It was great chatting with you, see you all in about 2 weeks.

I spoke to customer relations regarding defective lenses on my 1 year old glasses. They told me they would offer me new lenses if I bought the $30 manufacturer's warranty. I agreed. I called back a week later since she hadn't called me like she said she would. She said she would look into it again. Nothing. Not a word. Their customer relations is as bad as their offices. The don't stand behind their products or their word.

We had a wonderful experience at MyEye Doctor in Perrysburg.My children and I had appointments over a couple of days and the care was always consistent and kind.My daughters eyes have changed dramatically over the past year and the eye doctor was very helpful.My frames were braking and still under warranty but unfortunately they were discontinued. Erin went about and beyond to hunt me down a new pair. I love these glasses and felt disappointed.I am so grateful that I have them again.Thank you so much Erin!

Don’t waste your time if you have Medicaid. Their website says Medicaid /Medicare approved and then after setting new client appt, getting all my info and email and member ID from Medicaid , etc , they call me back and say they don’t take MY Medicaid. Which is the same one EVERYONE just got switched to pretty much. Not mad, irritated more at the fact it seemed more like a bait and switch when she called back 30seconds later to ask me if I want to pay cash for the appt instead.

From "inception to finish" by FARRRRR the best eye doctor I've ever been to!!! The doctor was extremely detailed and informative and the staff made me feel right at home! Michelle was very courteous and knowledgeable on my prescription safety glasses for work!!! The visit as a whole ??????

MyEyeDr. In Perrysburg ✨Is really nice and accepts lots of different insurances & has a large selections of various glasses. They really work to maximize your insurance benefits & ask for Tomie for your glasses(she is a coolLady named after her Dad?).Dr. Desalvo did my eye exam and has excellent communication skills and explained things thoroughly. I also recommend the computer glasses for anyone that works with screens alot on their job, they have really helped me tremendously.

I saw Alexander Dasalvo today. Let's just say I won't be back. He's good at what he does, but he nor his staff informed me of the added cost of a "single vision" eye exam. The person who does the tests previous to seeing him asked me if I wanted a "retinal test" that had a $44 price tag of which I agreed to. When I went to cash out I was told my visit cost $204. I only had a $10 copay, the office IS in network. So I agreed to $54. That test that was NEVER discussed as being in addition to the balance + tax. This is a BIG lesson. I tried calling the corporate phone number that is outsourced to India only to be hung up on repeatedly. Take heed of this warning ⚠️ Take a look at all of the complaints and lawsuits against this company....I wish I had! What a racket. Don't go to a BIG BOX...only private practice from now on.Update:I spoke with someone from their corporate complaint department. His name was Dennis. He basically put the onus on me and stated that I should have known when one test stopped and another began. I should have asked how much in the break of each test...I let him know that was ridiculous. At this point I just decided to cut my losses. I can't imagine this company spends too much time on customer satisfaction training...

Not impressed. The doctor was fine. The staff, however, is a different story. I had to make sure they put in my secondary insurance even after I gave her both cards and told her which was primary. They ordered contacts that had a rebate. They never gave me a rebate form, I had to ask for it. I had nothing but problems the last 2 times I was there. Very unorganized and unfocused people work there. I was greatly disappointed in the service j received from the front desk staff.

Dr Andrew and his staff were amazing! So friendly and fast. Took the time to explain to our second grader each step and ease her fears of glasses!

Exam was very thorough. The young lady that helped me with my glasses was amazing. She was so helpful and picked out the perfect glasses for me. She was also very kind and very enjoyable to work with.
