The bathroom floor leaked all through the house ruining bedroom, kitchen, and common area flooring. We had to replace baseboards and spray for mold at our expense. When we called to have them come out and fix the floor where we had to cut it, they told us they couldn’t comeUntil spring but we could do it ourselves. We spent a large sum on this door and have had to have mold remediation and now we’re having the floor cut out as well as tile work done. Very very upset!!!

I requested a quote. They came out and gave one that was too high. No problem. Then I saw the commercial not long after for up to half off. I called them to see if the promotion could be applied to my recent quote. I was told they had to send another person out to requote. I clarified that they already sent someone out and nothing changed since. They insisted. I was clear, if they quoted me the same I’ll be upset they wasted my time. They advised they would let the salesman know. New salesman comes, after an hour of the same pitch, they quoted it even higher than the first time. I called and complained. They promised a call back and nothing. There are better companies and options out there. Overpriced.

On July 14, 22, we met with Jon Ramsey, sales rep for Nature Stone. We have a 20×16 ft covered patio with some cracking of the concrete. We were pleased with the meeting and agreed on the cost. An installment date of 8/18 was set. We had some preparation to get the area ready and were looking forward to completion. The problem is......no one showed up to install. We made numerous calls to the office and spoke to Jerome. His initial response was that we were on the schedule for that day and he didn't know what was going on. After the 3rd phone call, he said he would make some calls to find out and let us know. I then called Jon, the sales rep. He also said he didn't know what happened but would make some calls and call us "right back". To this date neither of them nor anyone else has contacted us to offer an apology or an explanation. As disappointed as we are, there is nothing that could be said that would justify the lack of customer service that we received. It left us wondering how good their customer service would be after they had our money. We have never experienced anything like this before. It was the worst, to say the least!!!

I had a 960 sq ft floor installed in my basement on June 23rd. When the morning came, only one person was here to do the install. I called the Company to ask why there was only one person. I was told that the other installer had called off that morning. I then asked why were we not called and given the option to reschedule when two installers were available. I was told that I should just be happy that the job was going to get done today. The woman was very rude with me. Our installer seemed very rushed. We even told him that if he needed two days to do the job that was fine. Of course the job was rushed so they could move on to other scheduled jobs the next day. The next day my husband put our furnishings back in our basement and noticed there were sharp edges to some of the rock. This causes severe snags on socks and it was quite painful to walk on. I have called their office five times to try to get a hold of Brad the service manager. I am always told that he is out in the field. I even talk to someone by the name of Ashlynn Murray. She took my information down and was supposedly going to get this message to Brad. It has been three days and I still have not heard from anyone. I am now taking the next step and contacting the Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint. I am so sick of hearing Covid as an excuse when it is time to get jobs done at my home. These companies have enough time to send their sales reps out to make the sale but not enough time to do the job accurately. Stay away from nature stone in Perrysburg.Service: Install flooring

Total bait and switch. The television add listed a sale for $2.99 per square foot. There are no minimums advertised on television. So, I scheduled appointment for an estimate and would have gone forward. Salesman told me there was a minimum of 400 square footage required for the $2.99 price. I pointed out the TV add had no minimum square footage requirement. Salesman was very nice but wouldn't honor tv add. I have 290 square foot of garage. So my quote ended up being nearly $5,000. A big jump from the $1,000 or so. Feel like reporting them to BBB.

Update 4/29/22After nearly 5 months of back and forth corresponding they finally agreed to remove and replace the section in question. The repairs were completed yesterday (4/28/22) We were leery as the first attempt to repair actually looked worse. We were satisfied with 3 of the 4 original sections of installation. Yesterday's repair was a complete removal and reinstall and to our amazement the section looks even better then the 3 originals.There is no other comment to make other than it is perfect. Thanks to Brad for his persistence in dealing with this issue. In any event we are now happy campers!Our garage floor was installed on 10/14/21. The floor was divided into four equal square areas. The first three areas are nearly flawless. The fourth and last area that was done is totally embarrassing. With the garage door down and with the lights on it doesn't look that bad, but with the door open and under daylight conditions it looks like a first grade art project. It is full of trowel marks, indentations, dry areas and a footprint. After two weeks of wrangling a crew eventually came out to repair and we were told that the repairs are sometimes no better than the original installation and they were right! Several neighbors, friends and relatives have inquired and seen the finished project. It speaks for itself and their only comment is I'm glad it's yours and not mine, sorry about your luck. I'm sure with the right crew it's a fine product as three fourth of the floor is fine. Apparently it was getting late, they were obviously in a hurry and the last section shows it.Service: Install flooring

My mother in law put a $1000 deposit for naturestone flooring in her garage in February of 2022. The floor was supposed to be done in May. In the beginning of April her cancer came back with vengeance. Our family called to cancel April 20th and gave the reason being Hospice and we were told to call corporate. We called corporate on April 20th and were told we needed an official letter with the reason for wanting our deposit back. The letter was written professionally and faxed and also mailed on April 20, 2022. My mother in law passed away on May 8th. When we called to find the status of the check for estate purposes and we were passed on to 3 different people while being cut off as we talked. We were then told they never received the original request from April 20th and requested us to email it. With frustration we emailed on June 6th yet a third copy explaining the reason in detail. There was no response. I reached out June16th via email for status with no response, then emailed again on June 21st with no response. When I called yet again on June 24th, I was told that they now needed a death certificate. Unbelievable!!! I am appalled on how this entire situation was handled. I did receive a call today apologizing and thanking us for the death certificate stating they will now put through the information for our deposit to be returned. The commercials show the family members promoting their product but yet put our grieving family through trauma with little to no empathy. Stay away from this company! They put there financing first before anything. Family yeah right!! With the traumatic loss of our mother, we were put through more trauma with Nature Stone Flooring.
