I had and excellent experience with Penske moving from Charlotte NC to Perrysburg OH. This is my third time using Penske to move across the country and I'm always happy with their service. The truck and car carrier was very nice and the staff went above and beyond for me. Thank you to the staff for actually caring and helping my move to be a smooth transition! I got a great rate and would highly recommend them over any other company!

I went in at approximately 8pm with a really bad oil leak they found the problem within minutes, my oil pan was cracked they found a new one they had to drive about 30 minutes to get it and they had me going in a couple of hours, everyone there was very knowledgeable and very friendly, Brianna was the manager working and she took no time in getting me back on the road, I would recommend going here to anyone that needed work done on their truck

This office needs an upheaval and change in management. Their complete neglect and incompetency when it comes to reservations should be an embarrassment to the shareholders and higher-ups. Follow up to Penske reply: Read my post, that's how you can improve.

Set for over 2 hours just for them to check my AC and then I never did get an answer about it cause I had to go back to workThe only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because I got to sit in air conditioning if it wouldn't remember that I wouldn't be able to starve

Not mention the ease of picking up the truck ND dropping it off. They also made sure the truck I was renting was in good working order and I very much appreciated that. I had to go back to penske on a Sunday and was fortunate enough to run into Reese. Reese was a very kind and helpful young man that was very happy to open a truck for me retrieve some lost items. Thank you penske and thank you Reese.

Came in with a door on my trailer that wouldn’t go up. Jared got me fixed up in 20 minutes. Would have taken 3-5 hours at my home location. Thanks for getting me back on the road and home to my family!

Penske doesn't play the games that Uhaul and Budget truck rental play. They don't accept reservations for trucks they don't have. Every time I called, someone picked up right away, unlike the other truck rental companies where you sit on hold for at least 30 mins. There was never any line, unlike the other truck rental companies. Employees were helpful and courteous. They saved the day for my move after Budget truck rental stiffed me and didn't have my truck that I reserved a month in advance of pickup.
